What To Expect
Adventurers will depart from Orderville in a customized off-road UTV vehicle and traverse the rugged backcountry trail to a breath taking Slot Canyon. The trail enters into a private access area, which few are privileged to experience. The ride is a thriller! You expert guide will ensure everyone's safety while guiding an unforgettable experience. And that is just the beginning of the tour! The trail will end at the mouth of a narrow, unique sandstone slot canyon with walls that tower up around you. Your guide will hike with you into the canyon and assist you over several large boulder sections that are 8-10 feet tall*, until you are ready to return to the vehicle. Within the canyon walls you will also see ancient Native American writings and learn about how these awe-inspiring canyons formed. After all of this (and plenty of pictures), we will return back to the starting point. *Please note you must be physically capable of climbing up and over 8-10ft tall boulders. This is a fairly strenuous tour. In certain months there may be standing water in the canyons. In this case, we will take an alternate route and keep our guests safe and dry! Please come prepared for cold weather.

5.00Our guide, Lonnie, was knowledgeable and a fun guy to be with. He managed the ATV like a pro and told some pretty good stories while we were hanging around with him. The two slot canyons we visited were absolutely gorgeous, and there was no one else around so it seemed very personalized.

5.00We are 5 senior woman who like adventure and fun but with moderate exertion. John was fantastic in reading our needs and adjusting the experience to meet our needs. His knowledge of history, geography, not to mention superb photography skills were unmatched. Plus, he’s about the nicest guy there is. You could tell his abilities would scale to meet the most rigorous demands of those more capable than we are. It was truly a lifetime adventure exploring all the beauty of the slot canyons and all the high desert has to offer. Highly recommended.
