The class cater to a small group with a maximum of 12 people in a traditional open kitchen and led by certified Thai cooks, making for a highly personalized and rewarding experience. You’ll get a feel for real Thai culture as you experience its rich colors, and unique flavors and smells. Please note, we use chicken, beef, shrimp, tofu, vegetables, and all Halal food.
• Learn how to make the coconut oil from scratch and you can take it back with you as well. Coconut oil is a body-friendly foodstuff that is heart-healthy, contains a cornucopia of fatty acids and proteins that hold antioxidants and provide myriad health benefits.

What To Expect
Your day will start with a hotel pick-up, with pick up roughly 30-40 minutes before your scheduled start time followed by a trip to the local market to buy some fresh ingredients. You’ll get a feel for real Thai culture as you experience its rich colors, and unique flavors and smells. Please note, we use chicken, beef, shrimp, tofu, vegetables, and all Halal food. You are allowed to pack and take away if you can’t finish your lunch or dinner prepared during the lesson. You will be transported back to your hotel safely after class. • 08:30am – 09:00am Pick up from your hotel • 09:30am Local market visit • 11:00am Cooking Session & Lunch • 02:00pm Learn to make coconut milk and coconut oil • 04:00pm Cooking Session & Dinner • 06:00pm Transfer back to your hotel
