  The staff here is very helpful and friendly! Brady went out of his way to guide and support us. We had a mini adventure around Garden of the Gods. It was surprising how easy it was to ride the bikes and explore this breathtaking park! I HIGHLY recommend this excursion. Well worth the money for this easy way to sight see and have quality time with the family! We will be back for sure!

• Disappointing experience involving accessibility and lack of accountability

  I’ve shopped at this store many times in the past and have always enjoyed it, which makes this experience especially upsetting. I visited with my father, who is disabled and currently undergoing cancer treatment. Shortly after we entered the store, he said he urgently needed to use a restroom due to a medical condition. I began to direct him toward the restroom inside the shop that I had previously used, when the woman working interrupted me and said the restroom was outside. When I asked whether my father could use the restroom inside, she waved her hands dismissively, looked back down at her computer, and said, “I’m the only one here.” There were no other customers in the store at the time. My father was then forced to leave the shop and walk to a public restroom outside. I later called the store hoping to share feedback with the owner or management, as this was a business I had previously recommended to others. When I asked for the owner’s information, the person who answered refused to share it and told me to submit feedback through the website. When I attempted to respond, I was hung up on. I have since learned that the individual I interacted with in the store and on the phone was in fact the owner herself, Barb. This makes the dismissiveness in the store, the refusal to engage, and the lack of accountability even more concerning. I can no longer recommend this business, particularly to families with disabled loved ones or people of color.

  This was an amazing experience. All the teens had a blast. Mom and I enjoyed the freedom to explore each site. e-bikes was a huge family win!

  E bikes are definitely best way to explore Garden of the Gods. No need for a guided tour you can easily explore at own pace. This place is best to get high quality bikes at reasonable price. We made a res and bikes were all set to go and seats adjusted when we walked in. Great tutorial by owner to get you comfortable if a first timer. He couldn’t have been nicer, even escorted us to park entrance.

  Perfect way to view Garden of the Gods!!! We rented the e-bikes for 2 hours and we had so much fun and took unbelievable pictures. The instruction we were given was great and he even took us to the trailhead to make sure we were comfortable before leaving us on our own. I wouldn't have wanted to tour Garden of the Gods any other way! Would do it again!!

  We booked here based on prior reviews. So ditto on the quality of the bikes, friendly and professional owners (Greg and son) and easy access to Garden of the Gods. This was my husband’s and my first time on an e-bike. Very clear and easy instructions. Greg escorted us to within a 1/2 mile from the entrance to make sure we knew what we were doing and not get lost. That extra touch was greatly appreciated. An e-bike was hands down the best way to get around. We passed fairly long lines of cars trying to park. I had debated whether to book a guided tour or self directed tour (which we did with this rental establishment). I’m so glad we went on our own as we went on our time and very easy to know where we were going. I think the only reason to go with a guided tour is some can go off the main road . But as our first visit to Garden of the Gods and riding an e-bike, the paved roads were just right. There was so very much to see from the paved roads . We rented for 2 hours which also worked out perfectly. We started at 10:00am- a good recommendation from another review as parking in town does fill up. We were able to street park in front of the e-bike rental. If you are in the Colorado Springs area, you need to check this out. It was amazing and way better than I expected.   We had a fabulous ride and tour. Our guide was fantastic with information about the area, all the right stops, and helping us as semi-novel e-bike riders. I highly recommend! We had previously toured the garden but still loved this ride. Great to see history of the town too!

  What a great way to see Garden of the Gods. Pick up was easy, we were instructed on how to use the bikes and were led to the trail head by staff. Will definitely rent again in the future.

  Great exercise and relaxing at the same time. Also gives you excellent site viewing experience of the garden of the gods. You do not have to be a great bike rider for this to be a fun.
