Your driver will meet you at the designated pick-up point — whether it’s Edinburgh Airport or your chosen location — and assist you with your luggage before starting your comfortable, one-way journey to your destination. Please note that Meet and Greet at the arrivals hall is not included. If required, this service is available for an additional £25, payable directly to the driver, and must be requested in advance. 5.00We booked a shuttle service to the airport for 3.30h as no tram was running yet. We got 20min. prior notification that the driver was on his way - he was therefore on time at the agreed location. Took our bags off and got us safely to the airport. A few days earlier, we received the name of the driver, cell phone number of the driver and a photo of the car with license plate. Overall, the ride was not cheap, but very professionally organized and uncomplicated.
