After you make your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the essential pick-up information. The day before your transfer, we’ll send you the details of your driver and vehicle so you know exactly who to expect. Your driver will meet you at the designated pick-up point — whether it’s Edinburgh Airport or your chosen location — and assist you with your luggage before starting your comfortable, one-way journey to your destination. Please note that Meet and Greet at the arrivals hall is not included. If required, this service is available for an additional £25, payable directly to the driver, and must be requested in advance. On the day, I received communication from the driver, Eva, as to where to meet her. She was extremely friendly and pleasant to chat to on the drive home. She was a wonderful driver and very careful on the roads.

5.00Great service!!! Pick up was on time. I received communication from Cab Air about who my driver was before. We used Cab Air for pick up and drop off. Pick up driver Martin was wonderful, very nice. He reached out to me via whatsapp before our flight to let me know who he was and where he would meet us. Very happy with the whole experience, will be using CabAir again.

5.00We booked CabAir twice, from Edinburgh to Kelso and then Kelso to the airport, and both trips were excellent thanks to our driver, Martin. Martin was fantastic. He was very respectful, kind, and genuinely thoughtful. He had water for us, checked in to make sure we were feeling okay on the windy roads, and made the whole journey feel calm and low stress. When you are traveling, it is such a relief to know you are in good hands, and Martin absolutely delivered. CabAir as a company was also great to work with. They were very responsive before booking and communicated clearly on the day of travel when our driver was en route. Everything felt smooth and professional from start to finish. It is absolutely worth the extra cost to book with CabAir. Reliable, kind service like this makes a huge difference when you are traveling. Highly recommend, and especially Martin. Best for anyone traveling between rural cities.
