Paul was probably the best tour guide we’ve had in our trip across Italy, France, and now the UK (we’ve done eight tours!). He was friendly, engaging, well paced, and would recommend Paul to anyone. Our group discussed at several points how enjoying we found it. Very good value for what it cost (and would suggest they raise their prices). Hopefully they expand their tour options to other locations so we can use them again.

Our family had such a great experience on this tour! Yohan was amazing — very interesting, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make the day special for us. He even recommended an amazing place for lunch and came back to pick us up after the tour was over, which we really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving people a great experience. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting!

This was so fun! The history of Scotland is winding and fascinating. Your guide moves at a reasonable pace up to the castle and approaches, regaling you with historical trivia at stops along the way. We really enjoyed the humor interspersed with historical recounting of events and a generous helping of good natured skepticism. The castle itself is ancient, and to gives you a really interesting look into ancient life. We did not expect to find a village within the walls, but it makes sense given the age of the castle. You can also do quick tours of the Royal apartments, great hall and visit a variety of shops along the way. Once the tour is done, you have plenty of time to roam around and explore. Very enjoyable! Only one warning: Dress warm if it’s even looking like a hint of rain. The wind whips around up at that height, and the rain is cold. Scottish weather is nothing if not exciting. It’s all part of the experience, ultimately.
