Very interesting and entertaining tour, making us learn the most important facts of Schottish history while spending a wonderful time. Alasdair was very kind, and easy to understand, even though we are German. He was also very responsive to our questions on Edinburgh, the best places to go, etc.. Thank you very much, Alasdair, for the wonderful tour!

Wonderful tour. Alisdair is a great personable and knowledgeable guide! I’m not normally a fan of group tours, but this was small and added immensely to the experience.

Excellent tour guide - Alastair. He's a true Edinburgh local and knows his stuff. Great to hear from someone who's passionate about what he does. Cost was excellent, as it was discounted on that day. Little bit of rain did not get in the way of the full tour. Alastair knows someone at the gate so we managed to skip a very long queue. Fantastic information about the various parts of the castle; meant we knew what to take a second look at, when the tour concluded. And of course, bang on time for the climax of the visit.
