1.00I would have been Better off just getting my own ticket. That this was called a tour is a joke. I hate to complain but the young gentleman had a hard time keeping the group together and could not be heard. Needed a whisperer set for everyone so we could hear in order to learn from him. He talked too fast. We left the group as soon as we got to the top. Viator should deliver a better job of providing a tour and guide.

5.00Trip to the tower was great and guide was good the only down side was the meeting place right in front of a busy shop and blocking the pavement where thee was plenty of room on the other die of the junction

1.00We bought tickets through viator and the guide never contacted us! I kept calling and calling. I paid $760 for tickets for 9 people to see the Eiffel Tower. They took my money and ignored my calls and texts. We ended buying the tickets on site for $120 for 9 people!! DO NOT USE VIATOR, it’s a SCAM and over priced for no reason. Also you won’t get your money even if you don’t use your ticket!
