1.00I saw that we were cutting it close due to a bus issue so we had to get a taxi. I immediately contacted the operator by text thru the website. No response! We arrived at the Eiffel Tower 5 minutes prior to tour, but I could not find the operator and the operator DID NOT RESPOND! I will NEVER AGAIN USE VIATOR FOR BOOKING A TOUR. We could not get a refund of $280 after spending over $800 on other Viator bookings.

2.00Did not feel trip warranted price did not feel we got anything for the extra cost and would have been far cheaper just booking a summit visit direct on the official website . Disappointed no toilet facilities provided to customers at the office . Would not recommend spending Euro 150 overpriced!!
