1.00The tour operator did not bother to book a guide so when we arrived at 6.30 am there was no-one to escort us. There also were not any binoculars. We waited 1.5 hours for a guide to become available and then returned to our hotel. According to the tour company, we should have waited 3 hours. To date. the tour company is still arguing that it provided the tour!
