5.00This is second time we’ve rented e-bikes at EValley. Once again the experience was fantastic. They have invested in excellent bikes and proven everything else you could possibly need— helmets and locks of course, but also protective sunglasses, gloves, and backpacks. Even more impressive is the service. Gabriel and Cindy were attentive to everything we needed, including fitting the bikes and equipment, planning our route with us, and answering all of our questions. One person in our group ran out of battery midday and Gabriel met us at our lunch stop several blocks from the shop and personally delivered a new battery replacement before we were finished eating! This typifies the above and beyond service they provide. I can’t recommend them enough.

5.00First experience of riding an e-bike and loved it! The staff were really helpful in getting us set-up with the right bikes and offering goggles and gloves and talking us through possible routes. The scenery up in the hills was amazing, we rode past fincas, across rivers and through a coffee plantation. I wouldn't have managed the steep hills without the assistance of the sport and turbo modes and loved zooming back down again to Boquete. A brilliant experience, would highly recommend, one of the highlights of my trip.

5.00E-Valley Bikes did a phenomenal job showing my wife and I an outstanding time. We toured the town of Boqutte, including a coffee farm. The sights were amazing. What a beautiful town. We plan to return and will definitely be renting from E-Valley Bikes in Boqutte. Special shout out to our tour guide Ricardo, who was so patient and informative. The customer service received from Cindy and Fernando was superb. Great people, great conversation, all around Primo Service!

5.00Such a fun way to explore. The bikes are great and super easy to use. There is a great app you can use to navigate and the people in the shop are so friendly and welcoming. I’d recommend this activity to anyone visiting Boquete and I’ll certainly be returning!

5.00Definitely recommend! Family owned business everyone was super nice and friendly. They gave me a very nice bike for two hours to explore Boquete. They even recommended routes for me to take and took my picture! Great spot to rent a bike.
