good trip. Boat was fantastic - very clean, comfortable and modern. Staff lovely too. Only improvement would be a human guide - commentary sounded bit artificial. V. Enjoyable

Clean and efficient boat. Punctual. Bit disappointed at the fjord as there was only one waterfall and priest rock was pretty underwhelming

Absolutely amazing Fjord Cruise to Pulpit Rock on a near silent and fast moving vessel that is extremely comfortable. I am 100% wheelchair dependent and with so few wheelchair accessible excursions Available in Europe - I was extremely delighted with this tour operator. They answered my email questions a couple of days before the excursions within just a couple of hours, giving me easy to follow instructions. Once in the port ship side, my daughter and I were the first guests on board and had the pick of a seat of our choice. We picked the back of the ship due to its big windows, which were immaculately clean. Once the tour began, the tour operator provided narratives in those languages that matched the majority of travelers on the boat, which was amazing. Even with my electronic wheelchair, I was able to go up to the little cafe in board for some chips and a soda and with just a little help from the attentive crew, I was able to go out front on the lower open deck (just like everyone else) to marvel at the amazing scenery and take some great pictures and see everything up close. That front section was big enough that a couple of other folks with walkers and wheelchairs were out there with their family members as well in addition to tons of other guests. The boat has an upper deck as well with an upper deck outdoor vie ing platform- I am Not sure if that area is accessible to wheelchairs as well if not, I was so happy to be able to enjoy nature so up close and personal on the lower deck outside platform that I did not even check into the upper deck. Also, this tour operator has a fully accessible bathroom on board as well that is very easily maneuvered with a traditional manual wheelchair or in an electronic wheelchair. I drive a compact, foldable (collapsible) high powered electric wheelchair and this vessel was perfect for me. The hallways were plenty wide enough and the seating arrangements allowed for me and o roll my wheelchair right up next to my daughter to remain seated in my chair, but of course (if preferred), one can also easily transfer into one of their extremely comfortable high back chairs as well. We got some amazing pictures on this tour. The boat got extremely close to the rock formations and the beautiful waterfalls and there are so many Bristol photo opportunities on the vessel. We also loved that the boat is powered by electricity and therefore is very environmentally friendly, which is so important to keep these beautiful places in the world pristine and well preserved for future generations to come. In regards to Viator, the booking process was super easy, a very similar boat tour was offered by Holland America cruise line and literally costs exactly twice as much as what you are paying here on Viator. Also the Holland America Line shore excursion was 30 minutes shorter. If you are concerned about how to get to this experience, don’t even worry about that either. This boat has a very prominent “parking spot” on the Stavanger Harbour and it is literally a 5 minutes shorter leisure stroll down from where your cruise ship anchors into town. So this is a no brainer, especially for those who have some special needs and have to get around in a wheelchair.
