  Homerun! This is a beautiful part of Columbia with lots of options to adjust for the group's ability level. The e-bikes were top of the line equipment. Hot springs / spa was a fun break in the middle. Highly recommend.

  We had a great day in Venecia with the e-Bicy team! Monica, Daniel, Ornella and Tatiana were wonderful with logistics, patience, information and biking! Our group of five had varied skills. Daniel worked with us to find a solution for everyone. Some of us stayed in town at a great café while others went off road. Daniel is knowledgeable about biking, committed to the area, and very kind. The day was lovely and Venecia is beautiful. We enjoyed the biking, the views, the lunch, and the pools. We wish we’d had more time! This was definitely a highlight of our trip to Colombia. Also, Monica was super helpful with booking and logistics. We were traveling south after the bike tour, and she arranged a ride. The roads were also closed for a bit, and she worked with us to make sure we could get to our location. Ornela and Tatiana were excellent drivers and very nice.

  We signed up for this electric mountain bike experience as we wanted to see some of the coffee country above Medellín. Our driver did a great job navigating a winding road. We were greeted by the family, offered coffee, introduced to our e-bikes ( which are in great condition) and off we went. We had a lovely tour of the valley with our guide Danny and then headed to the sacred mountain. Danny was really knowledgeable and clearly loved the native flora and fauna. We stopped for a delicious, nutritious lunch and then headed to an outdoor Cecero Tusa for a lovely swim and a beer! All in all we bikes just I we 20 miles.

  You just feel comfortable in this mountain. Nature is beautiful. Also the place where we could still bathe was magical. I highly recommend this tour.

  This was one of the most beautiful bike rides I’ve ever been on ( and we’ve done many throughout the world). The gorgeous scenery just keeps getting better the further in you go. To top things off, our guide, Daniel, is a treasure of knowledge not only about the local fauna and flora, but about the indigenous peoples who inhabited this land in the past and some of whom continue to do so. The ride is tough at times ( especially the downhill rocky parts on a rainy day), but Daniel is kind and patient and made sure I always felt safe. At the end we stopped at a gorgeous new Inn that felt like paradise in the midst of the beautiful jungle. Please do yourself a favor, and do this trip if you are in Medellin.

  What an amazing day! I was lucky enough to have the tour guide all to myself for the entire day which is rare. Being an experienced rider gave me more time to spend at each of the stops. Daniel told me all about the history of each location. We hung out a little longer at the springs at the end of the trip which was a huge bonus to end the day in a refreshing cool spot with a few beers and an absolute amazing view. 10/10 would do again!

  This was one of the highlights of our Columbia trip. If you wanna get out of the city and into the countryside for a bike adventure, this is it . Got picked up and drove about an hour away we use Google Translate to talk to our driver who was really nice and knowledgeable. Town is extremely cute and remote The views are unbeatable. Our guides spoke perfect English and we did a full day tour riding up and down mountains and through small streams. Had lunch at a very cute finca with animals running around. Then ended on a swimming pool looking over The mountains. And make sure you ask your guide to go to the secret swimming pool areas inside the jungle it is like walking into an Indiana Jones movie. A few things. -If you’re not an avid biker, this is probably not the trip for you. The Hills are steep and it was muddy the day that we went. The bikes make it easy to go up and down but if this is your first or second time riding a bike, I would not recommend. -let the tour guy know what experience you want. He seems to cater to whatever experience difficulty you can do. Overall, this was an amazing experience, The views are unbeatable.

  THIS IS A MUST DO ADVENTURE! :) From the first communication, Monica who helps get you set for your trip, was so kind and caring. She was the sweetest and very communicative. Detailed in communication. We showed up in the morning and she and her staff treated us with smiles and care. We got fresh coffee. She lead a nice warm up stretch before riding. They are absolutely the nicest people and I would support this company and ride again with them. Then our guide, Juan David, was an absolute blast and now friend. He is very energetic and hilarious. He was safe with all of us and our riding abilities. He made the entire day my favorite. We ended up having to go around a rock slide and it made our ride long (which I absolutely loved) and he was up for it :) He genuinely got to know each of us and showed that he cared. So much laughter all day with him. This company cares and pays attention to details. I love mountain biking and this was such a beautiful ride and town to experience.
