5.00I had a wonderful photography experience with Nico in the streets and markets of Barcelona. He is not only a talented photojournalist but also a patient and insightful teacher. He taught me so much about capturing light, framing, and composition in a way that was easy to understand and inspiring. Beyond photography, Nico was a perfect host, kind, accommodating, and flexible with timing to suit my needs. We bonded over our shared love for Messi and the Argentina football team, which made the experience even more enjoyable. 5.00I enjoyed the photo tips and to see the city from a locals eyes! It was easy to meet up with Nico and communicate with. The old town area had a lot of cute corners, architecture, and interesting things to see. I booked this tour on my first day in Barcelona and it was a nice walking tour and introduction to the city.

5.00I had the pleasure to book this experience with Nico. We put into practice the basics of photography in exciting locations such as in La Boqueria and we followed in the center. Nico is a professional and you will be covering lots of concepts in an exciting fast-paced city, so it may be useful to bring something to take notes. Nico gave me recommendations about the lenses I might want to buy so I will take this experience again once I go back to Barcelona with my new lense.

5.00My husband and I have taken 10 photography workshops during our travels, most of them are by photojournalists. The instructors teaching styles are varied, but we find Nicolás to be very engaging and his teaching techniques a great fit for us. Somewhat uncommon, but really helpful for us, was Nicolás willingness to share with us his personal takes at the photo stops and then taking time to critique our shots at every point. I often find it difficult to evaluate my own pix and having inputs from a professional makes a big difference. Also, my husband's camera was being onerous when shooting in manual mode, and we appreciate Nicolás' patience in trying to resolve them. I understand photographic tips and techniques are often optimized for the instructors' pre-selected tour sites and our 'mileage will vary' in general photography, but they are still fun to know. We highly recommend Nicolás to anyone looking for a professional to help with their photo skills!

5.00My husband and I met with Nico the first morning of our vacation with the hopes of learning a bit more about our cameras. Not only did Nico teach me how to use my DSLR camera better, he showed my husband how to better use the camera on his cell phone. The remainder of our trip, I only used manual settings. And my husband really upped his camera technique. End result, we were SO happy to use what we learned throughout our travels and are thrilled with the great shots of all our travel adventures. 5.00I took the photography experience with Nico. He and I walked around La Boqueria and The Gothic Quarter and he showed me how to work with the different light that I would find in all these places. Also showed me some settings on my camera I didn’t know how to use. He was good about showing me different ways to look at situations to make the pictures much more interesting. It was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone who loves photography!
