I just wanted to share some words after the experience I had this morning in the mountains of Son Tra, searching for the Red Shanked Douc Langur Monkey. I have travelled to many places and received tours but I want to show my sincere appreciation of Cillian, my guide and his kindness during this experience. Not only was it seamless in the organisation, communication, pick up and drop off, but also his knowledge and expertise gave me a much greater appreciation and knowledge towards this species. He was very patient, kind and showed genuine care and intention to make my experience as amazing as it was. We had a great chat throughout as we took a scooter up into the mountains, seeing some breathtaking views and of course not to mention getting very close to the precious Red Shanked Douc. He gave me lots of time to take photos and videos, as well as taking some photos of me observing them with the binoculars he provided. Cillian’s passion towards the conservation of this breed was felt throughout and the experience brought me so much joy and feeling of gratitude. I could not recommend using Cillian as a guide to see these monkeys enough, he even provided snacks and water at a viewpoint of Da Nang city as we came towards the end of the tour. I would just hope that many more people get to experience what I did today, all made possible because of Cillian, so please reach out to him if you want to make it an unforgettable trip. A thank you simply is not enough, and not only did I meet a great guide in Cillian today, but I have also made a friend and a brother who I will stay connected with.

Exceptional intimate experience with the endangered monkeys! We didn't expect much when we booked for this experience but it’s become the highlight of our trip. The guides are friendly and kind. We saw so many monkey families and beautiful sunset by the end. 120% recommend!

Cuong/Cillian was an amazing guide! He’s very patient with us, indulging all our questions about the monkeys. We got to see male monkeys, female monkeys, and even babies. They were adorable. I’d recommend getting this safari if you’re set on seeing the monkeys. They’re easy to miss on your own!

We had a wonderful early morning Douc Langur spotting experience in Son Tra Peninsula. Our guide and drivers, Alan and Dillian, are very nice and informative. The motorbike ride was comfortable and they helped us take pictures with the beautiful scenery. We were incredibly lucky to see a family of the elusive Red-shanked Douc Langurs up close - the drivers have sharp eyes to spot them out in the dense canopy along the tour. This tour is incredibly worth it if you like to see wildlife and want to see a critically endangered primate.

I absolutely loved the tour! We saw a huge number of monkeys (we definitely wouldn’t have found them on our own, our guides had such keen eyes that they spotted monkeys out of nowhere), and the binoculars they provided were top-notch; everything was perfectly clear. Besides the monkeys, the scenery was very picturesque and beautiful; we enjoyed every minute of nature and the views.

The day we spent with Leo & Vy will be one of my memories I cherish forever. It was an amazing and intimate experience where we got to watch the monkeys in their natural habitat. Leo was very knowledgeable about the monkeys and both him and Vy were fantastic guides during this experience. I couldn’t recommend them enough. 10/10

We had Luke and Alan as our guides. We did an afternoon tour the day after we arrived in Vietnam. Was such an incredible experience we saw multiple monkeys including babies. They take you to less known spots that are only accessible on a bike so you can enjoy the experience and watch the monkeys instead of the monkeys getting scared away by lots of people. Would definitely recommend is very worth the money. They also take photos on a good camera and send to you which is great as iPhones don’t capture the detail of the monkeys.

We had the most wonderful sunset trip with Cillian as our guide! We saw around four separate groups of the douc langurs, and got super close while also being respectful to the animals and their space. We even saw a baby! Cillian shared so much passion and knowledge with us which was really appreciated and was constantly on the lookout for the monkeys which we would never have spotted by ourselves. He also kindly shared his photos with us at the end! Thank you for such a memorable part of our trip to Vietnam!
