Had a private transfer to Energylandia from Krakow. Original booking was cancelled as the theme park usually closes in winter but Prime Tours let me know. When I said there was a special date on they kept my booking and investigated their side, advising of everything we needed - recommended pick up time, ticket purchase for the theme park etc. Tomasz was our driver - lovely guy, friendly and knowledgeable with great recommendations for restaurants in krakow when asked. Water was provided for the drive and he waited near the park for us to leave so we had absolute flexibility on the day (we finished early as Energylandia was deserted so managed to get on everything straight away!). Would definitely recommend this company and Tomasz as the driver - just wish we had more time for other trips with them!
