What To Expect
Drive to House of Virgin Mary which is one of the pilgrimage for Christians where she had her last years and died. Pope Paul VI visited the shrine in 1967, Pope John Paul II also visited the shrine in 1979. Pope Benedict XVI visited this shrine in 2006. It is an active church.

5.00iSelcuk was awesome !! have him take you to the pottery area owned by a family !! we also visited a candy store which offered sweet treats and different oils . loved the amber oil . i definitely recommend this tour and selcuk as a tour guide guide !!

5.00Selcuk is a knowledgeable, experienced tour guide and overall good person! He navigated both traffic and attraction lines expertly….timing our arrival to minimize wait times. He taught us so much about Turkey, not just the region we were visiting. He shared just enough information to really draw us in but not so much that we were overwhelmed. Really, a perfect tour experience. We would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Turkey and all the incredible historic sites of this beautiful country.
