My review is based on my overall impression of the travel agency. The trip to Essaouira was fantastic. I definitely recommend it to everyone, as the city has an unique atmosphere, and I got to experience another side of Morocco. The tour guide shared a wealth of information with us—not just about the journey itself but also about Moroccan culture and traditions, which was very interesting. There was also plenty of free time to explore the city. The reason I’m not giving a five-star rating is that I had to book and pay for the trip twice. I had to miss my first booking because I was bitten by a stray dog, and I needed to have the wound treated the next day, which was when my original trip was scheduled. I asked the travel agency to reschedule my booking. I didn’t ask for a refund, just a bit of flexibility, considering it was an unexpected emergency situation. The agency responded that they would get back to me, but they didn’t for two days—only after I had already booked and paid for the trip again. At that point, they finally offered to change the date, but by then, I had already paid twice. I found this a bit cheeky and disappointing.
