The driver will then meet you at the chosen location at the actual time you specified in your Viator reservation. 5.00Great service from start to finish, good communication before and during our pick up. The driver was prompt, let us know the name of the driver picking us up, sent a picture of the car to look out for, staff where helpful with putting our luggage into the car, friendly and polite, let us know places to visit, nothing was too much, even stopped off at a place on route so we could get gifts and waited for us to return before dropping us off at our final destination, would definitely recommend
