What To Expect
First, we’ll make our very own spiced gingerbread dough — the kind that fills the room with that magical Christmas smell (you’ll wish your camera could capture scents!). Then we roll it out and bake thin and crisp traditional Estonian gingerbread cookies, just like locals have done for generations. Once cooled, it’s time to get creative: decorate your cookies with colorful glaze and all kinds of festive toppings. Finally, we’ll pack your cookies to take home — perfect as a handmade gift or just to treat yourself.

5.00Really lovely time making gingerbread cookies from start to finish! The dough was easy to make and our teacher had great expertise on every step of the way. There were plenty of cookies to eat/take home after decorating. A lovely way to spend the cold afternoon.
