I am not much of a cook so I was a little suspicious...but after the experience (Cambodia cooking class) I can only describe it as excellent, fun, welcoming...simply something I recommend doing and that I can only recommend with them because I find it difficult to overcome their attention, their care to detail and their permanent commitment to give us the best experience. We start by going around the local market knowing some of the typical ingredients, with fun explanations of their use, their name, their origin... Then, in excellent facilities and beautiful surroundings we started, the cooking class, which he described as very fun, pleasant and in which at all times we were made to feel at home. In addition we interspersed the preparation of a couple of very rich cocktails and in whose preparation we also had very fun moments. And finally, we dined our own creations (with permission from our always attentive hosts who always gave us a hand and gave a beautiful presentation to the dishes) in that unbeatable environment. Really, you have to try it!

Upon pick up at our hotel and after about 10 minute drive to a local market we were met by our host Sophia who took us around the market explaining which vegetables were local how they tasted, which were imported either due to lack of quantity produced in Cambodia or the climate not being suitable. After purchasing some of-the fresh salad and vegetables needed we proceeded to our cookery kitchen. The venue was excellent very clean and overlooking the lake, there was even mosquito repellent available. We were given fruit snacks and a welcome drink along with Water and then Sophia introduced our chef Priah. Sophia went through all the ingredients for each dish and explained why/how they complimented each other taste wise. Priah then took us step-by-step through all three courses and explained what we needed to do for each one starting with how to chop each ingredient what and how to mix, how long to cook and what ingredient to add at each point. After the second course, Sophia took us over to the cocktail station where we made our first cocktail, there was no scrimping with the ingredients or the liquor and they were delicious. We then continued to make our third course, then a second cocktail before heading to the veranda to be seated at our table before being served all three courses & invited to make more cocktails. The food was delicious& the entire experience was one of the best with very clear instructions and excellent facilities. You left with a full stomach, there was so much food we couldn’t finish& a recipe book which covered the courses we made along with a selection of others which we presume they offer from time to time. If you are reading this review, don’t hesitate to book you will not be disappointed. A great big thanks to everybody involved in the evening.

We had a great time with our family (with our teenagers) during our stay in Siem Reap. Shopping at the local market, then cooking classes with a chef, cocktail making, and dinner in a beautiful setting. We can only recommend!@

Wonderful experience for a Cambodia cooking class. There was a Tuk Tuk picked up at my hotel, then greet by Sophia, who is very friendly. She took me to a wet market and introduced me with all the unique ingredients. Then we headed to the cooking school and the lady Chef has prepared me with a fresh mango and lemongrass tea as starters. Then I started to learn to cook three dishes including the fish Amok, mango salad and mango sticky rice. All dishes are easy to make and follow, and Sophia also taught me to make some cocktails. The whole session took about 3 hours. After dinner, the Tuk Tuk took me back to the hotel. It was a wonderful cooking and dining experience and the food are very delicious.

Excellent activity. From the English speaking tuk-tuk driver to the professionally trained Master Chef the whole experience was amazing. All the ingredients were prepared with personal assistance assembiling the meal. An informative tour of the local village market started the experience.

This was quite possibly the best cooking class I have ever particpated in. Sophia took us on a walk through a market and explained the different kinds of food on offer before the amazing Prya (I'm sorry for my spelling) took us on a wonderdul culinary journey at their cooking school. The salad, Amok and sticky rice we prepared with her help were to die for. We also got to mix our own cocktails under Sophia's supervision. If you want to experience authentic Khmer food in the friendliest setting, this is the place to be!

The best cooking class I've done in Asia - and I've done quite a few! Wonderful guide Sophia who took us around the local market in the late afternoon, which was really bustling. Every time my daughter or I showed interest in something, she would buy some and let us try it. Then we arrived at the beautiful cooking school / kitchen, where we met our master chef Preah. She walked us through all the ingredients, then we started to cook and prepare the most delicious mango and chicken salad, fish amok curry, and sweet sticky rice for dessert. In between courses we learned how to make various yummy cocktails, and they kept flowing - as many as we wanted. This really was an amazing afternoon & evening, and incredible value. 6 stars!!

We had a fabulous night at the Evening Cooking Class. Our friendly Tuk Tuk drivers picked us up from our hotel at the allocated time and transported us to the local market where we met our lovely guide, Sophia. She walked us through the market giving us insightful information on all the local delicacies. We were then taken to a pavilion in a beautiful location overlooking a lake with turtles, and given local fruit and a refreshing drink. We were introduced to our amazing master chef who shared her talent and great instructions for our cooking We made chicken and green mango salad, fish amok and sticky rice with mango which all tasted and looked amazing. In between courses we learnt how to make 3 different cocktails, and were invited to help ourselves to make more. It was so much fun. We left very happy and satisfied with included cookbooks in hand. I am so glad we chose this cooking class out of the many options available. I would recommend it to everyone.
