1.00We booked a private guided tour in Phuket for our family. The tour was advertised as an English-speaking guided experience. The individual assigned to us was unable to communicate in English at a functional level and provided no explanations, historical context, or guidance throughout the tour. As a result, we learned nothing and the experience consisted primarily of transportation. We raised this issue immediately. A partial refund was issued, but the matter was declared “closed” despite the essential element of a guided tour not being delivered. For a private tour at this price point, this fell significantly below reasonable expectations.
