During this walk you will be able to appreciate the flora and fauna throughout our trip to the 7 lagoons of Ausangate and the mountains sacred or sacred Apus.
VISITS: Azulcocha Lagoon, Otorongo Lagoon, Oq'ecocha Lagoon, Pucacocha Lagoon, Pachaspata Lagoon, Alqacocha Lagoon, Q'omercocha Lagoon and the thermal waters of the Pacchanta community.

What To Expect
We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco between 4:30 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. Then we will travel by tourist transport for approximately 3 hours to the town of Pacchanta. Here we will have breakfast and begin the hike, ascending little by little until we reach our first lagoon, and so on to the subsequent ones. The hike lasts 5 hours round trip. During the journey we will visit the lagoons of different colors characterized by their blue, turquoise and green colors. Also, some of them are large and look like natural mirrors. The lagoons to visit are: Azulcocha, Otorongo, Pucacocha, Alqacocha, Q'omercocha, Orqo Otorongo and China Otorongo. On the way, we will also see Andean birds, alpacas, llamas, and vizcachas. After that, we will return to Pacchanta. Where we will enjoy a delicious lunch, then we will relax in the Hot Springs for 45 minutes. After the hot springs we will return to the city of Cusco, arriving in Cusco at approximately 7:30 p.m.

5.00This hike is magical. Wally, our guide, led us at a good pace. We visited the lagoons near Apu Ausangate, and the snow-capped mountains filled us with positive energy. In the end, we performed a ritual offering to Mother Earth. We highly recommend this tour to people with a good hiking pace.

5.00This excursion is tough, but beautiful, and the scenery is spectacular and worth a lot. I recommend it as long as physically one has sufficient resistance, since they are 14km and the height is quite rating in the form of tiredness and a little palpitations (in my case, at least). Our guide, Beto, was great to me. He was very patient and, even though I fell quite behind the group, he accompanied me and helped me a lot to get to the end with his recommendations and encouragement (I thought he didn’t make it). It helps a lot to have a guide like Beto because he knows how to transmit his wisdom and confidence to tourists. Thank you very much:)
