This tour was visually breathtaking and the stops were good choices for beauty and photos. What I didn’t like was that the microphone on the bus was bad and made it nearly impossible to understand what the guide was saying. Also, the recommended place that was declared as a cheap and delicious place was mediocre and overpriced. The fact that the staff did not eat there should have been a red flag. Makes me think they get commission. Definitely eat elsewhere.

They should be aware that the tour combined both Spanish and English even though I selected English I was grouped with Spanish group. It ends up the information from the guide was heavily focus to serve Spanish more than English. The explanation for English was short and Spanish was much longer in details.

We left and after an hour the bus stopped, due to engine failure. We had to wait three hours for a backup bus to arrive. We then made the stages nice program quickly and with the waning light of the afternoon. I advise against this agency.

Compared to other tours, this was my favorite, I recommend it 100%. In addition to the beautiful scenery, the friendliness of the driver and guide (which unfortunately I forgot its name) were key points in making my experience the best. The guide did not focus only on the geographical content of the place, but added the history of the peoples, customs and visible with names and experiences. He spoke to us almost the entire tour and generated very pleasant dynamics among the participants. Another highlight is that we were never promoted to spend (as in other tours that promote tourists to buy everything) and despite that, it was the exit where I wanted to invest the most, probably because they explained what we bought, where it came from, etc. The guide was close to each person where we stopped and that also made the experience different. Probably go back to Salta/Jujuy and book another tour of this agency!

Combi: The air conditioning was not working, the floor was broken with a rubber carpet, it was dirty smelling stale, the driver drove very hard without being cautious on the curves of the road. Guide: very good, knew a lot and did simultaneous translation from Spanish/English perfectly. One passenger broke down and there was no first aid kit, the person was assisted by the rest of the group as both the guide and the driver did not know how to do it.

Great tour to Cafayate and the Quebrada, the guide was very knowledgeable and fun to listen to, the tour was well organised and, despite a minor setback, very enjoyable. I definitively recommend.
