Old bus, no bathroom, did not see main attraction due to tide which should have been known. Low End tour. Guide was Nice and informative. The three rating was generous.

I made the excursion to Playa de las Catedrals and overall it was a good experience. The place is spectacular and totally worth the visit. The guide was friendly and the organization was fine overall. However, I would like to point out that during the stop in Tapia de Casariego and in the last villages of the tour, the heat at those hours was quite intense, which made the walks somewhat heavy. In those stretches, the walking time in the sun was excessive and planning could be improved to avoid the hottest hours or reduce exposure time. Even so, it is a recommended excursion if prepared with sun protection, water and comfortable footwear. The Playa de las Catedrals is undoubtedly the highlight of the tour.

We booked a tour in English only to find out on the bus it was a Spanish only tour. We complained to the tour operator and the guide finally did a limited job of explaining what was happening. We were not happy with Ribadeo. It was hard to get a table for lunch and all the other shops were closed until after we left. We were there nearly 2 hours. Why? Not much to see or do. Tapia de Casariego was a lovely little town but we were only there 45 mins. The final disappointment was being dropped somewhere different in town - not the final place as stated on the description. We vs are non Spanish speaking and had no idea where we were.

The entire trip was very well organized from start to finish. Even though it’s a full day, time goes by quickly. For the Playa de Catedrales: consider bringing a bathing suit or wearing shorts/ a skirt so you can walk in the water. Bring a towel to dry off. The tour guide Santiago did an excellent job of keeping everyone together, informing us of meeting times, and scheduling each stop.
