Night buses depart between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, arriving in the morning to begin the tour of the salt flats, which includes visits to the Train Cemetery and Incahuasi Island. Afterward, return by night bus to La Paz.

What To Expect
Terminal de Buses La Paz
Take an overnight bus from La Paz to Uyuni (departures are usually around 8:00-10:00 PM). Arrive in Uyuni at dawn on day 2 (approximately 9-12 hours of travel)
Train Cemetery
The tour begins with a visit to the Train Cemetery, which are remnants of machinery dating from the late nineteenth century

5.00The tour was perfectly organized: the Train Cemetery, the Eyes of the Salt Flat, the Dakar Monument and the magical sunset mirror experience were unique moments. In addition, the lunch was delicious and well prepared, exceeding our expectations. I recommend wearing a blocker as the incidence of the sun is very strong.

5.00This tour gave me one of the most beautiful mornings of my life. After a calm bus ride from La Paz, we reached Uyuni and watched the sun rise over the salt desert. It was cold, quiet, and magical. I’ll never forget that view ❤️
