  Great tour of Sal Island with Nany. He was very foreseen and offered us different options during the course. Very nice, we loved your good humor, your jokes and thank you for the good atmosphere with among others with the music Kompa and Kizomba . That was great!

  My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our island adventure with Nany. He is an experienced and knowledgeable driver and guide who is truly passionate about his country. Nany took us to all the wonderful places this gorgeous island has to offer, making the experience both memorable and enjoyable. What really stood out was his friendly and welcoming personality—he made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. He was always happy to answer our questions, share interesting stories, and provide insights into the local culture, history, and traditions. His enthusiasm was contagious and made the tour even more special. The trip was well-organized, relaxed, and perfectly paced, giving us enough time to take in the beautiful scenery, take photos, and truly appreciate each stop. We felt safe and well taken care of throughout the entire journey. If you’re looking for an authentic and unforgettable island experience, I highly recommend Nany. This was definitely the highlight of our trip!

  Myself, my wife and our daughter (9 yrs) booked a full day private tour with Nany. What a day! Nany took us to the most amazing places, he knows everything worth knowing of the history of the island as well as contemporary matters. He speaks good English and was a careful driver. I would recommend Nany anyday for someone going to Sal (as we were recommended).

  Three friends made a tour of the Island of Salt guided by Nany and was, without a doubt, an unforgettable experience! We tour the entire island with stops at the main points of interest, always accompanied by the detailed explanations of Nany, which demonstrates a deep knowledge of the history, culture, gastronomy and traditions of the Cape Verdean people. In addition, it stands out for its sympathy, professionalism and the art of welcoming, so characteristic of the people of Cape Verde. In addition to the tour of the island, he gave us great recommendations in the city of Santa Maria, from places to visit to typical restaurants where we could taste the true Cape Verdean delicacies. As a special surprise, it also led us to a Cape Verdean dance, where we had direct contact with local music and lived an authentic and memorable moment. In our opinion, Nany really made the difference on this friend trip. Our main goal was to live a genuine cultural experience, in a relaxed way, in touch with the island’s people and traditions — and that’s exactly what we got.   I took a solo trip to Sal for my birthday in November and had the full day island tour on my first on the island. I’m really glad I did it on the first day cos it set the tone for the rest of my trip. Nany was (and is) the best tour guide I could have asked for. He was very kind and patient all through the tour, constantly checking in on everyone to make sure we were okay. The most intriguing thing for me was that he was able to engage with the everyone on the tour - we had Italians, Spanish, Portuguese, French and English participants, and he conversed really well with all of us, switching from one to the other language when he had to. His smiles, warmth and side stories were the extras we didn’t pay for but received to make the tour extra special. You won’t regret booking with Nany. This is not a paid ad 🤣, just an honest review from a very pleased client. Also S/O to my tour group members, they were the best and it felt like we’d known each other prior to meeting on the tour (and we had a little car karaoke singing “happy birthday” to me.
