5.00I took a solo trip to Sal for my birthday in November and had the full day island tour on my first on the island. I’m really glad I did it on the first day cos it set the tone for the rest of my trip. Nany was (and is) the best tour guide I could have asked for. He was very kind and patient all through the tour, constantly checking in on everyone to make sure we were okay. The most intriguing thing for me was that he was able to engage with the everyone on the tour - we had Italians, Spanish, Portuguese, French and English participants, and he conversed really well with all of us, switching from one to the other language when he had to. His smiles, warmth and side stories were the extras we didn’t pay for but received to make the tour extra special. You won’t regret booking with Nany. This is not a paid ad 🤣, just an honest review from a very pleased client. Also S/O to my tour group members, they were the best and it felt like we’d known each other prior to meeting on the tour (and we had a little car karaoke singing “happy birthday” to me.

5.00Great tour of the island with Nany. Lovely fellow who gave us a great insight into local culture and history of the islands. We also got to take in a local game of footy together in Santa Maria stadium ( highly recommended!) 6* 😉 Speaks English, Italian and probably a few more!

5.00I spent a very pleasant day with the family together with Nany, excellent guide for his professionalism, for his sympathy and last but not least, for his skill in speaking Italian. A very sensitive and attentive person in describing the true life of Cape Verde with its rules, habits and traditions. We sincerely recommend it
