I'd highly recommend! A great way to discover Accra with a super friendly and knowledgeable guide. I got lucky and it ended up just being me on the tour. It meant that I could tailor things to my preferences, with Emmanuel showing me all the best spots to shop in the market and he even made an extra stop at a cashpoint for me.

This is a detailed visit of Ghana covering some of the main history of the city of Accra. Emmanuel was kind and checked in often to make sure guests were comfortable. Appreciative of the openness to questions and was very professional. You get the experience you make. Kwame at the Dubois centre was very knowledgeable and the view of the market was amazing. A great indepth exeprience

A city full of rich history and culture from Airport City to the coast. Many unexpected nuggets of information and insights about Our (African) History that has been distorted and/or omitted all together.

Elisha was such a great tour guide! He answered our many questions and was very knowledgeable about the history of Ghana. The day flew by too quickly but we look forward to our next trip and experience with Bigbentours1gh!

This tour with Bigbentours1gh was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything was well-organized, informative, and so much fun. Our guide was friendly, professional, and full of energy — he really brought the city to life with his stories and deep knowledge of Ghana’s history and culture. We explored some of Accra’s most iconic landmarks, including Independence Square, the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, and the vibrant Makola Market. Each stop was an experience on its own — colorful, lively, and full of local flavor! I especially enjoyed learning about the history behind the monuments and interacting with local artisans. The tour gave me a real sense of what makes Accra so special — its people, its rhythm, and its spirit. I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to the city. If you’re visiting Accra and want to experience its true essence in a single day, this tour is a must!

A lot of knowledge about country and people, but beware, our guide led us to the Art Center only to a booth. The T-shirts I bought there were twice as expensive as anywhere else!

The tour is a lot of fun and definitely insightful. It‘s on the expensive side but worth it because of the insight, friendliness, and overall value. The tour was a great time and I‘m surely happy I took part 😃
