Henny (sp) was a marvelous guide and made sure the experience was comfortable and enjoyable! Far exceeded our expectations! Friendly, informative, checking with us for our needs, great all around. Cannot recommend this tour/guide highly enough, it was a great day all around!

I booked this excursion through the Viator site. On arrival to the port, things went very bad. Pickup time was 8:00 am. My friend and I were there by 7:40. Tour company had mini vans to take us that held 5 to 6 people. And had us in separate vans. Note: we booked the excursion separately because we each needed to pay for our own. There was no way to say you need to travel with someone. They were waiting on other people. The people did not show up. Asked at 8:10 what was happening. They said they had to wait a half an hour. Company policy. We never left till 8:40. People never showed. 1/2 hr down the road of our 5 hr tour, the dispatcher called our driver and said he had to turn around. The people were on the other cruise ship. I said they was no way we were turning around. If they did, I would demand a refund. Tour driver disregarded the dispatcher, and we continued. The tour driver (Lovee?) was great. Very courteous and informative. I have no complaints with this gentleman. But the whole coordination of this excursion was awful. Also noted. that you have to have cell or internet service, or you won't get any updates on any of this. So, if a person has their phone on airplane mode because of international rates, you are hosed.

Jaz the tour guide and driver was an amazing driver. I felt very very safe and the tour was beautiful with many stops to take pictures. He met us on time and dropped us back to the cruise ship.
