• Great experience seeing the island and the culture!

  Overall we loved this experience seeing St. Lucia. The beginning was confusing - we walked through the cruise terminal to where all the taxis/tours were picking up, and there was no sign with our name on it. Luckily we found someone else with the tour group (Cool Vibes Taxi) who was supposed to take someone else, but he ended up just taking us cause our driver was still on the way and the other group wasn't there. So we essentially changed drivers which is fine, but they had no idea what specific tour we booked. He asked if we were doing the hiking or driving tour. I think no matter what "tour of St. Lucia" excursion you book, they're all the same. There was no bottled water or beer as promised on the booking. With that being said, Terrance was a fantastic tour guide. He knew EVERYONE in the city we drove by, waving or having a quick hello at every stop light. It was so cool to see. He went above and beyond to make sure we were well-informed with the area, kept our bags safe while we made our stops, etc. One thing I wasn't prepared for was how PACKED the mud baths and waterfall are. There's a small fee to get in, but it is body to body packed at both. For the waterfall, you wait in a line of people to get in, quickly snap a photo, and then you're on your way. There's no leisure time in the waterfall. We LOVED sampling the sauces and marinated rums. If we were checking a bag we 100% would've bought some, but we only had carry-ons and the containers wouldn't clear TSA. Overall this tour was an amazing part of our trip, but logistically it's a little rag tag!

  I came to St. Lucia with my family. The taxi service was punctual and the driver was very friendly. The car was clean and comfortable. If I'm honest the best part was the local knowledge. He suggested a restaurant for lunch that was not in our travel book and it was the best meal of our trip. This is the kind of service that makes a difference.

  I should’ve listened to the other below reviews. But I decided to try for myself. It is indeed a scam. They never contacted us with a pick up time. Or returned my message back about what time should we be picked up. I called the number and the phone goes straight to voicemail. Viator contacted them and said someone answered the call. Then Viator said they would contact me with the pick up time once they received it. This NEVER happened. No pick up time was ever communicated. This is just to make money off tourists who don’t know better. You are better off paying a bit more and booking with your hotel for the tour to ACTUALLY happen. Stay away trust me! It’s not worth the hassle or the lies. This ruined my final day on the island. Viator has to do better quality control of companies they allow on here. Not sure how this has anything more than 1 star!

  If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would do it without hesitation! My stay in Saint Lucia was absolutely perfect and unforgettable, all thanks to Kevin. • No driver came but owner give us alternative

  Unfortunately, no driver came at the meeting point, but the owner work very hard to find a new one that we have to pay on site. As cruisers, and due to delay, we were not able to do all activities, but the replacement driver accept to make us a discount, so overall it was a good experience.

  Kevin was an absolute pleasure to ride with! He was punctual, and very knowledgeable about the island. The ride to the Gros Piton hike was smooth and comfortable, and he even gave us great tips before we started. Highly recommend Cool Vibes Taxi and Tours for anyone visiting St. Lucia!

• Rain Caused Tour Modification

  Unfortunately, our tour operator did not show up or contact us. After waiting an hour, another tour guide helped us call Cool Vibes. The merchant apologized and indicated that there was alot of rain so the roads were in poor shape and the tour would have to be shortened. He offered a discount to $200. He asked us to look for Claudio and once we made contact, he gave us a 2 hour tour that didn't include the Pitons or Sulphur Springs. The driver was nice and showed us what he could. We received the partial refund 10 days later.

  Sadly I have to report negatively. This is the first time I booked with Viator and paid i UK before visiting with cruise ship, I had received booking confirmation and a e ticket saved on phone. But for what ever reason the service provider, Cool Vibes Taxi and Tours company failed to turn up at the agreed time and meeting place. On phone call to them on the day, they stated they had no arrangements / booking with Viator, so the day was completely ruined. I would say Viator have reimbursed the full amount expediently. You will therefore understand I cannot now trust Viator to deliver on any future bookings and cannot recommend them as a trustworthy service provider.

  Here’s my honest thought—this tour covers it all. From the breathtaking Pitons to the mud baths, every stop felt perfectly curated. The guide was super chill and even helped us try some local street food. Honestly, it felt like exploring the island with a friend rather than a service. 10/10 experience!
