Stormy Pirates Captains are long-time residents of the Virgins Islands. Not only will they safely drive you around the islands, they will give you a little history and tell you some of the famous Pirate Stories that have made these islands famous for centuries.
The 26' Hydro Sport comfortably seats 6 guests and has plenty of dry storage for your belongings. With twin 250 hp, Yamaha engines she is fast and efficient.
The additional cost of fuel depends on where you go and how fast you want to get there.
This is a US Virgin Islands-only trip.

5.00A fun day in the water with Captain Tara. She brought a lot of great energy and fun to the trip. Faced a bit of potential nuisance when national Park Ranger boat stopped to inspect boat and Captain Tara handled the situation perfectly. Overall a great day with a great Captain- strongly recommend you request her for a private charter.

5.00Two families with kids ages 15–17 had an amazing experience with Tyler and second mate Robin. It was a beautiful day on a great catamaran, and the entire trip was incredibly enjoyable. Tyler chose fantastic locations for snorkeling, and Robin brought so much knowledge about the islands and surrounding area. She also made excellent drinks, which was a fun bonus! Everyone had a great time, and we all agreed—there’s no better experience than a private charter guided by a team that truly knows what they’re doing and where to go. Highly recommend!

5.00Thank you, Captain Dave and Nick, for taking us on such a FUN day exploring around St. Thomas and the surrounding area. We loved that our family of 14 could all experience this private charter together. The sailing was so much fun taking in all the beautiful scenery and islands. Snorkeling and seeing turtles was just a thrill for all, and the grandsons thoroughly enjoyed backflips off the boat while we were docked! Lunch at Pizza Pi was truly a delicious and unique experience. And then being delivered back to the cruise pier was just the perfect end to a beautiful day. Our time flew by too fast - I hope we can come take in this experience again!

5.00We had a fantastic time! We took a private boat ride to the baths and Norman island. It was exactly what my family of 6 wanted to do. Susanna and Kenny listened to what types of things we wanted to do and made suggestions. Susanna told great stories about the islands that my kids loved. We would definitely do it again and recommend it to our friends.

5.00We booked three different private charters with stormy for the week that we were here. Captains were Tara, Tyler, and John. Our deck hands and captains were awesome every day, tons of help, very informational! We had a blast. The whole process was seamless. I can’t wait to do it again someday!

5.00Stormy Pirates is always our favorite part of our trip, and definitely makes the trip. We have been with them 3 times, every time consistent awesomeness. I'm not a review guy, but they deserve it. The captains are very knowledgeable about the waters and very accommodating. #rumpunch Shout out to Tyler. You beast! They will make your trip whatever you want it to be. Be sure to get the right boat if you want BVI, but other than that everything is open. They'll know where the best water is for what you want to do. They aren't nerds either, which is nice. Safety is obviously #1, but music, snorkin, rum punch, shotgunning Carib off Epstein Island while flipping billionaires off, its all good. They also have awesome merch and maybe I'll mention the rum punch. I highly recommend. If you don't do it you'll regret it. Stay Awesome Stormy Pirates.
