  I just have to thank you for the incredible experience we had on all the tours, especially this and the tour of Portillo, I did with my bride, and to guide Sebastian who is show, too good people!!! Sebastian always accompanied us, showing a lot of knowledge about local history, excellent!!! I recommend everyone!

  This tour is a great value for those who want to go visit the Valparaíso area and be back before sundown. Pablo is a fun and laid back guide. It was interesting watching him have to manage the tour while having to explain things in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. A few things to note: The bus was extremely tight. I'm 6 feet (182 cm) tall and I could not fit in the seats as my knees were pressed up against the seat in front of me. There are only 3 seats in the bus where a taller person can sit so make sure to get those if you can. Next, we (just two of us) felt a bit guilty holding up the tour for Pablo to explain things in English after already having to explain things in Spanish and Portuguese. Maybe they should make tours two languages maximum. Lastly, the restaurant they stop at for lunch is fantastic. I usually am weary of restaurants with lots of groups and tourists but the food and drink absolutely delivered a great experience.

  The tour to Valparaiso and Viña del mar took place during an “unexpected” rain, although the whole tour was done with rain shields, the guide Chris made the experience spectacular, with all the information, the stops at the right and most beautiful points. Super recommend!

  They never showed up to the meeting place. We woke up at 5:00 in the morning, took an uber to the meeting place, and nobody was there. I had no response when I text them via WhatsApp.
