• Cancelled without warning

  Not sure if this is an issue with the operator or Viatour. The first date we booked was cancelled the morning of the tour. Totally understandable, windy day. Rebooked a few days later. Was not able to confirm it was cancelled until it was scheduled to leave after emailing, chatting, and calling (30 minutes on hold). Very frustrating when you are trying to plan an outing for the day!

• Friendly and nice crew - wouldn’t attend again due to how much it was geared to young kids and families vs. adults.

  I feel this trip was geared to the teens and kids on the catamaran trip than adults. They played kid bop music and we had to be guided on the iguana island vs. exploring on our own which we have done many times in the past. We spent 30 min just letting kids go down slides on the boats, etc. I’ve been on other catamaran trips in the past and this was our least favorite.

  Do not book this tour if you are not staying at the Beaches Resort. We were treated terribly by the resort just trying to get to the tour. They seemed to think we were there to try to steal food or drink. We were slightly early and were made to wait on the side of the road outside the gatehouse for half an hour. Then we were finally escorted to the tour by security guards. After the tour I tried to get access to the photographs taken on the tour by the photographer but after many emails and calls discovered that they are only available to Beaches customers - we would never have let them take pictures of us if we had known that. After this demeaning experience, I would never stay at a Sandals or Beaches resort. It was also quite disappointing they never put the sails up - in fact the boat didn't even have sails intstalled on it. Aside from that the tour was fine.

  We had an incredible time on the Family Cruise and Snorkeling trip. The crew were all incredibly helpful and couldn't have been nicer. Would definitely book it again in a heartbeat.

  Experience was cancelled and they didn’t let us know until we got to the meeting/ starting point. A waste of time and money getting there. Then trying to get reimbursed through TripAdvisor has been difficult since the snorkeling place hasn’t answered their phone to confirm it was cancelled

• Next to no fish on the snorkel….

  The reef the cat visited had maybe 5 fish to see~ they provided one small fruit & one platter of sandwiches ~ mostly bread for the entire party on the catamaran. Disappointed ~

  Terrifying!! Malfunction on parasail Daughter foot caught on bar. Near the motor. First time I have an issue through Viator. I have video to proof this. Do not use this company!!

  Great excursion! Wish they offered more days but we made it work! We were a bit annoyed that the Beaches security didn’t know of the schedule. We took the bus from blue haven to Alexandra’s, walked the beach to Beaches and then was stopped by security. After about 10-15 mins we were escorted to the main desk. We then waited an hour for the excision to start. A 3:30 arrival was incorrect.

  Great fun filled packed 3 hour trip. We did snorkeling, visit to iguana island/dip in water, and then ended with water slide into ocean. The crew was attentive and took great care with assisting my kids with snorkeling and feeling comfortable on the boat. Def a great price for all that you get.

  We had an amazing experience with Cataramram in Turks and Caicos! The crew was fantastic—so friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They ensured that everyone felt safe, comfortable, and had fun throughout the trip. It was also inclusive for all ages! The snorkeling spots were absolutely stunning! With crystal-clear waters, vibrant marine life, and plenty of time to explore, it was an unforgettable adventure. The catamaran was spacious, clean, and ideal for relaxing between activities. Iguana Island was gorgeous, where we observed a lot of wildlife and ventured into the ocean. If you're traveling to Turks and Caicos, I can’t recommend this experience enough! We do it every year when we come back to the island.
