Great way to sample some of Tennessee’s best

5.00An excellent way to sample lots of products from a variety of wineries and distilleries while leaving the driving to a professional. Our driver, Jack, was very knowledgeable about both the shops we visited and the area in general. He went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience, including offering a stop for fast food midway through the trip to keep our stomachs settled. We tasted so many wines and moonshine that we could hardly finish the full menu at our last stop! Although all of the shops were first rate, we especially enjoyed the tasting at Tennessee Shine, where “Wild Bill” entertained us with some interesting combinations of moonshine and “Big Sexy” sold us on a hot apple cider recipe featuring several of their wines and a locally produced cider. Can’t wait to make a batch at home!

5.00Our tour guide Jack was great. He talked about different attractions, food eateries, and kept us laughing. The customer service at Tennessee Shine Co. was the best. All the staff was very courteous, willing to answer questions, and helped when needed. Big Sexy kept us laughing and having fun. He definitely sold us on the moonshine.

5.00Oh where do I start?!! Jack Jack Jack……from start to finish hands down the best guide we’ve EVER had! There were 8 of us all together in the bus, a family of 4, my mom and I, and a couple celebrating the boyfriend’s birthday. Jack gave great recommendations, was honest about the places we were visiting, and kept us laughing the whole day! We tried so many different flavors of everything and spent too much buying new things but I will definitely rebook this tour!

4.00The driver was great. Pam took us all over it was great time.We met some very sweet and kind people who ended up going to dinner with us afterwards. But the tours were not all included in the price. For as much as you pay for the ticket to have a ride to each place it’s not very fair that you have to pay for the tastings that should be included. I would double check before booking to see how much each tasting is going to be. Also we didn’t make everyone stop that was advertised on the tour, but we hit a couple that weren’t on there but they were fun.

3.00The places we went to all had free tastings regardless if you were part of the tour or not, so basically you’re paying for someone to drive you to each spot. Gave a 3 just because the people at some of the stops provided great fun. A few stops felt rushed because we could barely start tasting one drink before another round. Would not recommend since you could save money by going on your own.

I would like to send some more scenery in our trip so possibly going to wineries outside the main drag even if it meant going to less ones, maybe like four wineries in the same amount of time but showing us more of the countryside

3.00Pricey for what you got. 5 stops for tastings, which you could do on your own. No benefit other than having someone drive you there. Van was dirty. Our van driver, Jack was nice and shared some restaurant recommendations but not much else.
