We toured with our family and Marco was very helpful and knowledgeable for the whole experience. He showed us the best parts of the Sagrada Família and explained the architecture, history and story of its construction. We all very much enjoyed the tour. Thank you.

Pesimo, I couldn't make the tour. I never got the tickets I paid for and I couldn't even get into the place. Be careful with buying tickets by average yacht.

La Sagrada Familia was beautiful and moving, and the experience was enhanced tenfold because of Miguel's enthusiasm, knowledge, and friendliness. He spoke multiple languages with different members of the group and pointed out different references throughout based on where the group was from (e.g., France, US, South Korea). This was amazing.

We had reservation for a tour today for 12:30. It was soo cold and rainy and when we got there no one showed up. I had to frantically email them and see what happened but response was not quick enough. They finally got back to me and apparently the time of our tour was changed to 2:15 and no one from Viator notified us of the time change. Because we really wanted to see the church we ventured out in the rain and wind to go back and see it.
