Pranshu went above and beyond on our Featherdale tour. He showed us helpful apps to use in the country, sent us great photos he took during the day, and even offered to let us text him afterward if we needed recommendations. Truly exceptional service and a fantastic experience. It’ll be your lucky day if you’re paired with Pranshu.
Possibly the worst value vacation experience on the continent!

If I could give this experience less than one star I would. $700 for two people to go to a $25 each mini-zoo “guided tour” (with no real interactive activities) plus a bottle of water and transportation to and from our hotel was a complete waste of money. The entire tour took only an hour, with the first 15 minutes without even a guide as he had to attend to other “guests” who we never saw. I literally feel like I was robbed. Usually Viator’s ratings are reliable but somehow this experience slipped through the cracks. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one like the plague.

Pranshu made the difference. Besides the uniqueness of the whole enchanting park, Pranshu accompanied me on my excursion with a lot of wit and expertise. Animal welfare is definitely the focus, which I found great. I have not seen every animal as few have sheltered from the sun.
Experience of a lifetime with the koalas and other Australian animals.

We got a trip in a very comfortable vehicle and a private tour - going to the right animals in the right order to avoid the crowds. Our guide also was very knowledgeable and able to provide great incites as we visited the various animals. Had a chance to feed the Roos, more. And a personal touch - we were interested in a specific toy for our granddaughter and in his spare time he researched that and more.

It was a wonderful experience to see the native animals of Australia. The Driver, Pranshu guided us through the park and helped us a lot. He was very useful. Wouldn't have been the same without him. Definitely recommend this trip.

Fabulous trip with so many indigenous species to see. It was an absolute bonus to be able to feed and stroke some of the animals. We were very lucky with the guide we had. Pranshu was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

A very nice morning to do As a couple alone especially at this time It takes about an hour to drive from Sydney to the Park I strongly recommend it
