  I arranged this experience on April 7, 2026, for an English-speaking family: two grandparents, both 76, travelling with their two grandchildren, aged 13 and 15. The family had just completed a 3-hour guided visit of the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Basilica, so it was important to find an experience that would feel enjoyable, engaging, and suitable for all ages. Alberto delivered exactly that. What stood out from the start was how thoughtful and professional Alberto was during the planning process. He was responsive, detail oriented, and genuinely committed to making the experience work smoothly. The pickup point was arranged very close to the Vatican, which made the transition super simple and convenient. The Fiat 500 tour ended up being one of the highlights of the family’s time in Rome. Seeing the city from Alberto’s vintage Fiat 500s was both fun and a refreshing way to experience Rome from a different perspective. Alberto combines local knowledge, practicality, and personality in a way that makes the experience engaging without ever feeling scripted. Alberto tailored the experience to the family’s energy level and interests, and his knowledge clearly goes well beyond the usual landmarks. He also has a real ability to adjust and improvise when needed. The result was an experience that was fun, educational, and memorable from beginning to end.   This was easily our most favorite tour of Rome! Alberto met us and took us around in his vintage Fiat and showed us his city in the most authentic and beautiful way! He took us to all the spots that are just as breathtaking as the major landmarks without all the crowds! He was extremely knowledgeable on the history and setting all of the architecture and landmarks that we got to visit and he personalized the trip to what we would like and enjoy! 10/10 recommend Alberto for your authentic tour of beautiful Roma!

  I had the most wonderful time on this Fiat 500 tour in Rome! Driving around the city in the cute little car was such a fun and unique way to see the sights. Alberto was an amazing guide! Friendly and funny and i felt like I was exploring the city with a local friend rather than just a guide. If you want to see Rome in a fun, different way, I definitely recommend this tour. I left with a big smile and some great memories and can't wait to come back for some new adventures!🩷🩷🩷

  I had the best time with Alberto during his Fiat 500 tour of Rome. Being older and having some mobility issues, this was the best way for me to see all the very best of Rome through the eyes of someone who lives there and experiences it all. In one tour I was able to fully see the scope of Bella Roma. Alberto is a gracious, gentleman who paces his tour to meet your needs. This is the perfect thing to do that day you arrive and you're tired, but don't want to miss a moment of your adventure. A classic car and a classy gentleman. What more could you ask for?

  I sent Alberto a request for a tour and although my message was very late in the evening, he replied to me immediately and made a really great offer. He is incredibly flexible, very charming and you immediately notice that he does his job with heart. This is exactly the passion you want on a tour. Highly recommended!

• A Fun Day With Roberto

  We booked this tour with Roberto for our first day of our trip. Roberto picked us up by the train station. Even though I had been to Rome before Roberto took us to many places around Rome that I had never been to and gave us so much information. We had so much fun zipping around Rome in his little fiat. He played Italian music for us that really set a fun mood too. Roberto was very professional and made us feel very welcome to Rome. He wanted to make sure that we enjoyed ourselves and took pictures of us throughout the time we spent with him. When he dropped us off at the end of the tour, he gave us names of a place to have pizza and gelato. We tried both of them and they were both excellent. When I go back to Rome I will book another tour with Roberto.

  Alberto was an incredible guide and made our time in Rome truly unforgettable. He took us to places off the beaten path that we never would have discovered on our own, giving us a more authentic and local perspective of the city. The experience was fun, relaxed, and full of great stories, and Alberto himself was extremely personable and easy to connect with. One of the highlights was exploring Rome in his beautifully rebuilt Fiat 500—it was such a unique and immersive way to see the city and really made us feel like we were experiencing Italy in a special, memorable way. This tour was the perfect mix of history, culture, and fun. Highly recommend Alberto to anyone looking for a unique and personal way to explore Rome!

  We had the pleasure of spending a wonderful morning with Alberto. Our friends had booked the tour for our family of three and the two of them. Alberto and his colleague met us at a central location with two amazing vintage Fiats refurbished to perfection, and to the iconic music of Al Bano and Romina Power we set off. Alberto's expertly organized tour took us to unique and interesting locations away from the beaten track and tourist crowds. Alberto's engaging and welcoming nature made for a lovely experience that we would not hesitate to recommend to all our friends coming to Rome. It is not to be missed. Alberto has also very generously recommended fantastic restaurants to visit, that never disappointed.

  This tour was the highlight of our trip to Rome. We were a group of 5 and so were distrubuted into two cars (1969 FIAT 500 and 1960 FIAT 600). Both immaculately restored. Alberto is a very engaging guide, he obviously loves Rome and his enthusiasm for the eternal city is very contagious. He can tailor the itinerary to your preferences - we absolutely loved all the places we went to. We will be very tempted to repeat the experience on our next trip to Rome. P.S / Tip Dont hesitate to ask Alberto for his recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. We had 100% hit rate for all restaurants he recommended (and we are all very fussy eaters and we had a teenager with us)
