What To Expect
Kathmandu (1310m) - Kerung Border(2800m) 185Km.
Accommodations
We will stay overnight in a guesthouse.
We will wake up early in the morning and drive to Kerung Border. The route will go through picturesque countryside, and after all the border formalities, we will continue our uphill drive towards Kerung.
Kerung Town(2800m) - Tengri(4,300m)/ Lhatse(4,350m) 370 Km 05 -06 Hours Drive.

We will continue our journey towards the highest plateau of the world. The route will present us beautiful views of Tibetan landscape and breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Upon reaching Tengri, we will get to see spectacular views of the Mt. Everest (8,848 m).
Tengri(4,300m)/ Lhatse(4,350m) – Shigatse(3,900m) 235Km/ 265Km 05 -06 Hours Drive.

Shigatse
After having the breakfast, we will continue our drive to Shigatse. We will cross Gyatchu La (5,220M), the highest pass of our trip. The drive will be scenic, and we will get to see a beautiful Tibetan landscape. Upon reaching Shigatse, we will move to our hotel where we will stay for a night.
Shigatse(3,900m) – Gyantse (3,950m) 90Km 04 -05 Hours Drive.

After having breakfast, we will go on a small sightseeing tour. We will visit Panchen Lama’s Tashlhumpu Monastery and explore the place. Later, we will drive to Gyantse valley going through beautiful Tibetan villages. Upon reaching here, we will visit Gyantse Kumbum, which is a large gold-domed stupa. Further, we will visit Gyantse Dzong, built in the 14th century. We stay overnight in the hotel.

Today, we will drive to Lhasa. We will cross two passes, Karo La Pass (5010m) and Kamba La Pass (4794m). We will also get to see gorgeous Yamdrok Tso (Turquoise Lake) and the Brahmaputra River along with breathtaking sceneries on our way to Lhasa. After reaching Kamba La Pass, we will descend towards the main road and reach Lhasa.

We will go on the guided sightseeing tour after having breakfast. The first landmark that we will visit is Potala Palace, which is the winter palace of Dalai Lama. From here, we will see the entire view of Lhasa town. Next, we will visit Norbulingka Palace, the summer palace of Dalai Lama situated at a short distance to the southwest of Potala Palace. Later, we will visit the Tibet Museum situated directly below the Potala Palace where we will get to know the history of Tibet.

Today is our second day of sightseeing in Lhasa. We will visit Drepung Monastery, built in the 14th century. It is also the world's largest monastery sheltered by 10,000 monks in the past. After that, we will visit beautiful Sera monastery with whitewashed walls and golden roofs. We will visit this monastery to see monks debating. Later, we will visit Jokhang Temple, another important site that unravels many mysteries of Tibetan Buddhism. In the evening, we will explore Barkhor Bazaar filled with open stalls, shops, and crowds of pilgrims.
Lhasa to Kathmandu or Main Land China.

After having breakfast, we will check-out of the hotel and drive towards our next destination either to Kathmandu or Mainland China. The drive will again be scenic.

5.00We went on a 10-day group tour to Tibet, departing from and returning to Kathmandu. We've been planning the trip for a long time, and Mr. Gokul from Outshine Adventure was the reason why we were able to finally make it happen. The communication with him was excellent; he prepared our documents in advance, explained the conditions, helped us with the logistics before and after the trip, even with some personal things that we needed. During the trip, he kept in touch with the local guide in Tibet and even asked to talk to us, to check up on us. Besides, he is an exceptional man, very kind, we really felt like we made a friend. We will definitely return to Nepal for other trips with his agency.

5.00was an amazing trip and very unique. It was made possible by extraordinary guides and drivers. We were met by the lovely Asmita who went to extra mile to prepare us for our trip, and to be sure we had all we needed . She could not be more charming and helpful. On day, one we were driven to the border, very expertly by Raju accompanied by Kersang. We needed an expert as the roads were very windy and not in good condition but it was exciting and we could take in the wonderful scenery and the interesting villages that we passed. After we crossed , the border which took some time we were met by Tarkye our guide and Cedun our driver. Tarkye was a very mature calm guide, solicitous knowledgeable and very caring. Cedun our driver was also very considerate and helpful which we as a group needed as many of us had not fully anticipated the effects of the high altitude. However, we were shepherded in an extraordinary manner through magnificent mountainous terrain , and lake filled scenery seeing yaks and other animals on the way. The monasteries were beautiful and Tarkye could answer any questions we had. This unique and extraordinary trip delivered exactly what it promised. There was a great deal of driving which could be tiring but this was specified up front. Overall, this was an amazing trip, but it was more physically demanding than anticipated because of the altitude and also being in a relatively small enclosed vehicle carrying 12 people with no space in between each person if one person gets sick it spreads through the group has happened for us. Nevertheless this tour is a once in a lifetime experience in a country as yet relatively undiscovered by western tourists. Outshine as a company is exemplary and highly recommended. Many thanks

5.00We have done a very complete trip, 21 days, with Outshine Adventure We have visited, with a guide in Spanish, Kathmandu, Nagarkot, Panautí, Chitwan Pokhara, and the kingdom of Mustang Both the organization (thanks Asmita) and the guide (Badri) and the drivers (and the van and the Jeeps) were very good. We found horrible roads, which were difficult to travel, but tolerable, and a beautiful country, with charming people who accepted our presence naturally. We visited wonderful places. Both the chaos and bustle of Kathmandu, the beauty of the towns and cities, the Chitwan park, and the grandeur of the Mustang landscapes An unforgettable trip

5.00Everything was well organized, the agency took care of obtaining all the necessary permits, I had no problem entering Tibet, comfortable and clean hotels, the entire tour was well organized and safe, Gokul, an excellent person who speaks perfect English and Spanish, helped me organize my entire trip within from Nepal and Tibet.
