Kids pricing applied for children under 12 years old. For children, you must provide your own carseat. We follow the Texas Department of Transportation guidelines, which state: Texas law requires that all children younger than 8 years old, unless they are taller than 4 feet 9 inches, be secured in a child safety seat whenever they ride in a vehicle. Older children who have outgrown a booster seat must be buckled with a seat belt.

5.00Our Waco Sites and TV Highlights Tour was amazing from start to finish! Micah and Brad were the perfect guides — fun, knowledgeable, and full of great stories about the shows filmed here. They made the whole experience come alive, pointing out hidden gems and behind-the-scenes details we never would’ve known on our own. We loved exploring East Waco, Cameron Park, and all the beautiful neighborhoods that have been featured on TV. Micah and Brad made everyone feel welcome and kept the group laughing the whole time! We even celebrated one of our party’s sixteenth birthdays on the tour, and Micah and Brad went above and beyond to make it special. A special shoutout to the general manager CJ such a kind and friendly person who clearly cares about every guest’s experience. You can tell this team truly loves their community of Waco and what they do. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Waco — it’s the perfect mix of fun, and history.

5.00What a great experience. We took a Sunday tour so we couldn't really stop by the Silo's or anything but Jeremiah and Brad were incredible. They helped bring to light so much you wouldn't have known about Waco. We saw many of the houses that Chip and Jo did on the show Fixer Upper. The Van was comfortable the stops were great, they were excellent Tour Guides. My wife was a bit skeptical at first, but are both so glad we went on this tour. Super easy and convenient at the pick up and drop off point.

5.00Micah and Riley were great! - made our tour fun and interesting, highly recommend! My wife and I happened to be staying at the Shotgun House and we took a group photo there - but please respect privacy of future guests.

5.00I loved the Fixer Upper + City Tour in Waco! Micah and Riley were fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and full of great stories about the homes, the show, and Waco’s history. The tour was well-paced, comfortable, and a perfect mix of Fixer Upper highlights and local charm. They even provided water and Dr Pepper as a fun nod to the Dr Pepper Museum, plus a booklet of coupons and free ice cream! Highly recommend this tour and these guides!
