Our tour guide Fiyah was awesome and filled with knowledge of the island and the historic district!! The history is really what makes the tour! The food and drinks were very island based and delicious. Highly recommended!!

We met up at Fort Christian downtown and Sabrina told us the history of the Fort as well as the surrounding area as we walked. Very interesting! Our first stop was at E’s Garden Tea House and Things which was nice and cool inside. We enjoyed hibiscus and lemongrass tea. The food served was a salt cod quiche with a little side salad. The quiche was delicious! We went on to sample great drinks and food in various places: salmon ball (similar to a croquette), a wonderful drink I can’t remember the name of (!) at the Sugarcane Grille; chicken curry, rice/beans, fried plantains at Tuck’s; make your own rum and pineapple juice drink at Drakes; bananas flambé at Virgilio’s. Everything was delicious! My favorites were the salt cod quiche and the bananas flambé. Everyplace we went to was either air conditioned, or had a nice breeze. Sabrina was a great guide and we enjoyed our day.

Michele was an absolutely delightful guide. She was very knowledgeable and made the history of St. Thomas exceptionally interesting. The first stop for a coconut chocolate drink was a little disappointing, the second stop for a salted cod. Fish salad was also disappointing, but the next three stops for curry and chicken fritters and bananas pasta were excellent.

So much fun! Our guide Fiyah (?) kept us laughing with her island insights. Loved the out of the way places we went to. Food was fantastic especially the saltfish quiche and the curried chicken . I'm not a drinker so accommodations were made for me to have non alcoholic drinks.

A wonderful food tour! Our guide, Sabrina, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Good sampling of local cuisine and beverages and history of St. Thomas. Quite reasonably priced and just about the right length considering the amount of walking involved. Highly recommended to all!

In general it was a great experience. Just 1 or 2 blocks off the main street Charlotte Amalie is a different city. We visited multiple "local" places and tasted native foods which gave a different flavor to our visit. We would definitely do it again.

Lovely experience! Great way to walk the city and learn about its less traveled areas. Plus gaining insight into the culture’s food and drinks was quite yummy. What a great time, would do it again in a heartbeat. Make sure you enjoy your tour with Sabrina, she is knowledgeable, authentic and quite funny.
