On June 2nd of 2026 booked a Flavors of St Thomas small food tour. Our tour guide was a young lady named Fajai. She was amazing. We were a small group of 8 people. She was very smart and new her history. But she also told stories that were funny and she made us all feel connected. The food was awesome. We laughed and talked with people in our group and became friends. We booked our tour with Adventure of tge Seas. I would definitely recommend this tour to my friends.

Sabrina was very knowledgeable and energetic. She took us to places we would not find on our own and we tried food we would not on our own. The food and drinks were good and the history tour was very interesting! We would definitely recommend this food /drinks/ history tour !

This was a terrific tour. We saw five local restaurants, each serving a couple of different local foods and drinks. Each place had its onw signature dish, it was a great way to see some local fare. The guide was terrific, and enthusiastic.

I had such a great experience on the Flavors of St. Thomas Walking Food Tour! It was the perfect mix of food, culture, and history. Each stop gave us a chance to try something authentic, from local Caribbean dishes to sweet treats. And everything was so full of flavor. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and engaging the guide was. He didn’t just walk us from place to place—he shared stories about the island, its people, and the history behind the food & establishments, which made the whole experience feel much more meaningful. The pace was comfortable, and the portions were just right—I left full but not overly stuffed. It was a great way to explore parts of St. Thomas I wouldn’t have found on your own.

We ate well, learned some neat things about St. Thomas, and got in quite a few steps. You learn how to make a mixed drink, sample some rum, and eat other local foods. You will love the two or so hours of this tour and remember to eat well!

The tour was filled with history and samples of great food, and a few adult beverages. It was a wonderful wag to see parts of the city that we would have not seen. Lisa, our tour guide was very entertaining.

Fun, low-key, local tour. Great connection to the downtown business owners plus local eats, and make your own rum punch!
