Treat yourself with an enchanting journey among the beauty of the jewel island of the Hauraki Gulf. Sip & taste on our small, boutique-style, max 11 people.
Take the 10 am ferry from downtown Auckland and enjoy a 35 min cruise across the Hauraki Gulf to Waiheke Island. Our guide will greet you on arrival. Your experience begins with some spectacular coastal views on your way to the first destination, the Spanish inspired vineyard Casita Miro for a food and wine pairing.
Following this indulge in a tasting experience at the Allpress Olive Grove. For lunch, relax at a boutique vineyard where you will be served a delightful meal. To wrap up your day, enjoy a tasting of Craft Beer, or spirits at The Heke Brewery/Distillery.
With your tum and taste buds satisfied, we will ensure you are back in time for the return ferry.
NOTE: the tour will go ahead with a minimum of 4 people.

5.00We had the most wonderful day. Melita was such fun and a great host. She was engaging and entertaining, and also very knowledgeable about the island. She felt like a good friend by the time the day was over! We enjoyed the wines, as well as the olive oils, and the lunch was absolutely delicious. The distillery/brewery was a good way to end the day. Thank you Melita!!

5.00We had a great day with tastings at a vineyard, olive grove, brewery/distillery and lunch at another vineyard. Melita was a fantastic host very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the area looking after our small group of 6. Great company highly recommend the trip.

5.00We had a wonderful and tasteful day on Waiheke Island. Our Guide Melitta was super and gave us many informations about the island, the vineyards and the environment. It was great fun with her and the Australian couple. We highly recommend this experience esp. due to the mix of tastings from wine to oil and spirits (or beer). Thank you for making our last day in New Zealand a special one 😇

5.00We couldn’t have been happier with this tour. Melita was such a great guide., we learned so much about the island, and she is highly entertaining. The locations were beautiful, and we really enjoyed the variety on this tour - wine, olive oil, beer, and spirits.. the lunch was really good, and the location on the top of the mountain was spectacular. The small group size meant we could get to know the other participants. Loved it all!

5.00This was a great experience trip with variety that we really enjoyed: winery, Olive Oil Mill, brewery and distillery! Melita was very knowledgeable and provided additional history, local information about the island and additional places to go and see if we had more time in the area. She also had fun energy and our group had an excellent day!

5.00We had the pleasure of spending the day with Melita touring the island and enjoying her knowledge and wittiness while tasting amazing wines at Casita Miro, tasting local olive oil, enjoying a great lunch at Batch winery and to top it off a beer (or spirits) tasting at The Heke. With a small group of lovely people, this was a perfect day even with the rainy weather. Thanks Melita! :)

5.00We booked a private wine tour last minute to Waiheke Island. Glenn was very knowledgeable and friendly and took us to two great wineries, an olive oil tasting, and a great place for lunch at the beach. Highly recommend!

5.00Glenn was so knowledgeable, experienced and very funny. He greeted us by name at the ferry terminal with great enthusiasm. The van was spacious and comfortable. The tour was just the right length. Not too slow and not too rushed. We were blessed with blue skies and wonderful weather for a July winter. The choice of vineyards was excellent and worth the time and money for this premium tour of the island. I would definitely recommend you take this. See you again someday Glenn.
