5.00Taylor Woo turned what could have been a stressful, unexpected layover in Seoul into one of the highlights of our entire trip. We booked the tour last-minute after a canceled flight left us with a full day in the city, and Taylor handled everything seamlessly from the start. He picked us up promptly and made sure we were comfortably returned to the airport with perfect timing—something we especially appreciated given the uncertainty of travel disruptions. What truly set Taylor apart was his depth of knowledge. His understanding of Korean history brought every site to life, and he expertly timed our visit to catch the changing of the guards—something we easily could have missed on our own. Throughout the day, he guided us through Seoul’s most important historic landmarks and also took us to a vibrant food market, where we experienced the city in a way that felt authentic rather than touristy. Beyond the sights, Taylor offered something far more valuable: a genuine, personal perspective on what it’s like to live in Seoul. That insight is incredibly hard to come by as a visitor and made the experience feel much more meaningful and memorable. He was warm, flexible, and incredibly attentive—happily answering all of our questions and even making extra stops (including a much-needed coffee break) without hesitation. The entire day felt tailored to us, despite the last-minute nature of the booking. If you find yourself with even a short window in Seoul, booking a tour with Taylor Woo is absolutely worth it.
