UAt 5:30 AM, our guide will pick you up from your hotel in Can Tho and transfer you to the boat. On the way, you will witness the stunning sunrise. Upon arrival at Cai Rang Floating Market — a must-see in Can Tho — your guide will share the history of the market and insights into local life on the river. Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese breakfast with options like rice noodle soup, Bánh Mì, and Bánh Bao. Board a local boat and experience the authentic life of the Mekong Delta. 5.00Today, we ventured off the tourist trail, about an hour from Cần Thơ, into the hidden wetlands of Lung Ngọc Hoàng — a place still untouched by mass tourism. It was a rare, authentic glimpse of the Mekong Delta at its purest. We cruised through peaceful canals blanketed in water plants, surrounded by pristine forest. We stopped by an ancient heritage tree with deep wartime history, and watched wild birds flock freely — nature’s quiet masterpiece. Such a great tour.

5.00Loved the tour with Nick! It was a really nice day out into the Mekon. The tour included breakfast at the floating market, fruit tastings, a visit to a noodle factory and a cacao farm (inc. tastings). All supporting the locals. As we went around in a small boat, it felt like a very private tour and it was easy to see the local life and nature on the water. Nick was happy to answer all of my questions and I also appreciate the pictures/videos that he took. Thank you for such a great day!!

5.00Loved the tour with Nick! He made the day a lot of fun. There were many stops and tastings! He speaks English super well and was able to explain many details during the day. Going by a smaller boat, made the experience feel more private too. The floating market, the breakfast, the fruit tasting, the visit to the cacao farm, the exploring of the river and more. I enjoyed it all!! Thank you Nick.

5.00We visited the Mekong Delta with Nhi, a young student who is part of Minh's team. We are a family of 3 with a young teenager of 13 years. The program: pick up at the hotel at 5:30 by Nhi by taxi, then we left to join our boat. 30 minutes to reach the floating market, then breakfast which was delicious (I am of Vietnamese origin). Then we strolled through the mangrove forest and stopped at a rice noodle factory. We participated in the making, it was really very funny. Then we stopped at the fruit nursery, visited the nursery and tasted a dragon fruit, a guava and a mango. We walked a quarter of an hour along the water to reach a cocoa plantation. Nhi, explained to us the process of making chocolate, cocoa butter. Then we took over the boat, and got on a boat from a pineapple seller (very good!), visited her boat, bought her some souvenirs. And in return to a traditional market and lunch in a bánh xèo restaurant. This trick, it amazed my husband and daughter. They understand how lucky they are. Thank you to Nhi for his kindness. Be humble, give some money to the people you meet, it's only a coffee in France but it means a lot to them.

With that the tours are also very informative, in addition Nick is very welcoming, we had a beautiful authentic experience.

5.00My visit to Mỹ Tho, the gateway to the Mekong Delta, was a truly memorable and enriching experience. Located about 1.5 hours from Ho Chi Minh City, this charming riverside town offered the perfect introduction to life along Vietnam’s famous Mekong River. The boat trip from Mỹ Tho was the highlight — cruising through calm, tree-lined canals surrounded by lush coconut palms and traditional stilt houses. We stopped at small islands like Thoi Son (Unicorn Island), where locals welcomed us with fresh tropical fruits, honey tea, and traditional Vietnamese folk music. Watching how coconut candy and rice paper were made by hand was fascinating, and tasting the freshly made sweets was even better! A short sampan (rowing boat) ride through the narrow waterways was another unforgettable part of the journey — peaceful, scenic, and full of life. The gentle rhythm of paddles on the water, birdsong, and the warm smiles of the locals made it feel like time slowed down. Lunch by the river featured delicious local dishes like elephant ear fish, spring rolls, and Mekong fruits — simple but full of authentic flavor. Overall, the Mỹ Tho Mekong Delta tour was a beautiful blend of nature, culture, and relaxation. It offered a wonderful look at the traditional way of life in southern Vietnam, where the river truly is the heart of everything.

5.00We had a great time on ourTour! Our tourguide Nick was great and explained everything to us. We loved the experience and definitely recommend it! The activities included were really cool, we especially liked the cacao farm. Everything was already included in the price and Nick even bought us drinks before we got on the boat. We came from Ho-chi-Minh but I would recommend staying in Can Tho for one night if you have more time than we did, because the tour starts very early. We could leave our luggage at a hotel which was perfect so we didn’t have to take it on the boat.

5.00This tour was the absolute highlight of my time in Can Tho! Having breakfast at sunrise at the Cai Rang Floating Market was so neat—such a vibrant and authentic glimpse of river life. And I loved cruising down the small, peaceful canals where we escaped the crowds and got to see a quieter side of the Mekong. The stops along the way were also fantastic: the noodle factory gave me a real appreciation for how much work goes into something so simple, and the cacao farm was delicious—I still can’t stop thinking about the fresh hot chocolate! What really made the experience special, though, was my guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and truly brought the culture and traditions of the region to life, while also sharing personal stories that made everything feel so much more meaningful.
