The focus of this tour is dedicated to what makes Italian cuisine famous around the world: pasta, tiramisu, and wine. In an interactive cooking class, you will learn how to make fresh pasta by hand, an art that requires passion and dedication, and how to prepare tiramisu, the dessert that embodies the Italian love for la dolce vita. Each dish you create will not only be a culinary masterpiece but also a piece of history, lovingly passed down from generation to generation. Of course, no Italian experience would be complete without wine. Throughout the tour, you will be accompanied by a selection of fine Tuscan wines, perfectly paired with the dishes you will prepare and taste.
