This was an amazing fun time. The chef was full of life with his passion for history and food. The restaurant were we participated at was elegant and full of history too. Would recommend for all ages!

Excellent chef who was patient and knowledgable. We had fun and learned a lot! Great pasta, dessert (we made it all) and wine. Worth it!

This cooking class was amazing! The chef was very informative, very humorous, showed his passion for is native food, explained everything very clearly and, it was just flat out fun! We got to eat the pasta we had actually made and recipes were provided so we could go home and do it again. He explained how to make tiramisu very well and demonstrated it perfectly. And the wine was very nice too.
