Chef was a great teacher and helped patiently. We each got to learn how to make papparadelle and ravioli then eat it with Chianti. Delish!

The experience was ok but they oversold the tour and my family was seated at a small table alone while the group all sat together. The same happened to our friends one night later. Plus, the pasta wasn’t good. They don’t tell you that you have to roll it very thin and our was so thick it did not rate good.

My family and I (3 people, including my young daughter) had a traumatizing experience at the Pasta Class in Florence. While we arrived 20 minutes late due to local navigation issues, the situation was handled with extreme hostility by the host. Despite the class being a 2.5-hour session and there being visible space at the table to accommodate us, the staff flatly refused to let us join. More distressingly, the staff showed zero empathy toward my daughter, who was crying at the scene. They were dismissive and told us to leave with a very aggressive attitude. As a customer who paid nearly €200, I find it unacceptable that the host made no effort to integrate us into a long session, especially when the physical space was available. This experience has caused significant emotional distress to my child and ruined our evening in Florence. I have photographic evidence showing the classroom setup and available space.

This was a fantastic experience and a brilliant way to learn how to make fresh pasta and tiramisu in Italy. The chef Lucy was lovely and made sure everyone knew what to do. It was great to eat my own cooked pasta and the sauce it was served in was simple yet tasted amazing. Wine and soft drinks were free flowing, Lucy and the team ensured bottles were on the table throughout the experience. Highly recommend.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this cookery class for myself and my teenaged daughter, but it turned out to be the highlight of our trip to Florence! Chef Rafa was the most amazing teacher (and person) and it was such fun making fresh pasta with people from all over the world - and then having it cooked and served to us! Followed by the most divine tiramisu imaginable, which I am still thinking about. Thank you, Rafa, for a wonderful, unforgettable evening!

Absolutely fantastic experience! Very small class (only 11 of us) and we made two types of pasta and leaned the steps to making tiramisu. We then ate the food we cooked and enjoyed unlimited wine. Our teacher Onna was super fun and extremely knowledgeable. They even send the recipes after the class! We learned so much and had the best time. Highly highly recommend.
