Learn to make fresh pasta, like our grandmothers made them in Italy.
We will teach you every process and stand by you teaching you every step.
We will prepare 3 types of fresh pasta such as Ravioli, Tortellini and Tagliatelle, and at the same time we will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, pomarola and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù.
You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared.

Our cooking school is located inside a medieval tower from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family.

Our COOKING SCHOOL is located inside a MEDIEVAL TOWER from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family. Our team is made up of true chefs, with many years of experience in the best Italian cuisines. From FLOUR to RAGÙ, together we will make real Italian pasta from scratch as they did it in the times of the Medici family, the lords of the Renaissance. We will select the best seasonal vegetables and the best products that the Italian territory offers. WE WILL PREPARE 3 TYPES OF FRESH PASTA such as RAVIOLI, TORTELLI and PAPPARDELLE, and at the same time the Chef will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, arrabbiata and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù. So much fun, I cannot stress enough that it is just absolutely amazing with Chef David. You make three fantastic pastas, drink, laugh and eat. It is exactly what your vacation needs. An absolute blast and if you do it in the morning you just keep the fun rolling throughout the whole day!! BEAUTIFUL PAPPARDELLE!!!

Chef David was amazing! This experience was so affordable and it was so informative. We learned 3 of his Nonna’s recipes and then got to try them all! The location was changed the day before but he was accommodating to anyone arriving late because of the change. This was the best 3 hours I’ve spent. There were people from all over the world and we talked while enjoying the pasta we made together! This experience is amazing for anyone of all ages.

This was so much fun and so delicious. We learned to make various kinds of fresh pasta and different kinds of sauces, all very easy. The host was a great teacher and chef. Definitely recommend to anyone, if you've never made pasta or if you make it weekly at home.
