Learn to make fresh pasta, like our grandmothers made them in Italy.

We will teach you every process and stand by you teaching you every step.

We will prepare 3 types of fresh pasta such as Ravioli, Tortellini and Tagliatelle, and at the same time we will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, pomarola and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù.

You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared.

During the experience we can drink good Tuscan wine or unlimited

Our cooking school is located inside a medieval tower from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family.

Our whole family had a great time at this pasta class. I wasn’t sure our teen boys would enjoy it, but they really did learn and loved eating the pasta they made at the end. Lorenzo with the mustache was very knowledgeable and obviously cares a great deal about his culture and its food. He taught us a lot and I look forward to attempting to recreate the pastas at home. I would definitely recommend this class to friends visiting Italy.

This was a fabulous experience! Lorenzo had the perfect personality for hosting a group and even made the most novice of chefs feel like making pasta for the first time was easy and fun! Could not recommend this experience more highly! 10/10

I would give this 10 stars. I had so much fun. Not only did we learn about making the pasta, but our chef did a wonderful job of keeping us engaged. Pasta might not have been perfect, but it tasted wonderful.
