We will teach you every process and stand by you teaching you every step.
We will prepare 3 types of fresh pasta such as Ravioli, Tortellini and Tagliatelle, and at the same time we will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, pomarola and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù.
You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared.

Our cooking school is located inside a medieval tower from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family.

Our COOKING SCHOOL is located inside a MEDIEVAL TOWER from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family. Our team is made up of true chefs, with many years of experience in the best Italian cuisines. From FLOUR to RAGÙ, together we will make real Italian pasta from scratch as they did it in the times of the Medici family, the lords of the Renaissance. We will select the best seasonal vegetables and the best products that the Italian territory offers. WE WILL PREPARE 3 TYPES OF FRESH PASTA such as RAVIOLI, TORTELLI and PAPPARDELLE, and at the same time the Chef will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, arrabbiata and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù. This class was absolutely amazing. The chef not only wanted us to make pasta, but learn about it and explained everything very thoroughly from the different pasta, to the fillings, and the sauces. Everything tasted SO good, and the staff was awesome. I would definitely recommend this class, and would definitely go back if I was in Florence again.

I booked the "Florence: Pasta Cooking Class with Unlimited Wine" for 7 Adults and 2 kids on 11/22/2025. Our whole group was excited for the class. About 45 minutes before the class was to start, I received a phone call that the class was cancelled. We were very disappointed. I requested reimbursement and am still waiting to receive credit. The email address on their email is not a valid address and is undeliverable.

It was an amazing experience. In less than 3 hours we learnt how to make three different kinds of pasta, tortellini, ravioli and pappardelle, with three different kinds of sauce and then eat everything. The chef David Rosati was outstanding; he explained every recipe with care and dedication. He conveys all his love for cooking and for the traditions of his country, especially through his “beautiful pappardelle” with ragù, which made us feel like we were having Sunday lunch at his grandmother’s table. A unique experience, highly recommended for both Italians and foreigners.
