Learn to make fresh pasta, like our grandmothers made them in Italy.
We will teach you every process and stand by you teaching you every step.
We will prepare 3 types of fresh pasta such as Ravioli, Tortellini and Tagliatelle, and at the same time we will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, pomarola and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù.
You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared.
During the experience we can drink good Tuscan wine or unlimited
Our cooking school is located inside a medieval tower from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family.

Our COOKING SCHOOL is located inside a MEDIEVAL TOWER from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family. Our team is made up of true chefs, with many years of experience in the best Italian cuisines. From FLOUR to RAGÙ, together we will make real Italian pasta from scratch as they did it in the times of the Medici family, the lords of the Renaissance. We will select the best seasonal vegetables and the best products that the Italian territory offers. WE WILL PREPARE 3 TYPES OF FRESH PASTA such as RAVIOLI, TORTELLI and PAPPARDELLE, and at the same time the Chef will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, arrabbiata and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù. The class was amazing! Very fun time learning how to make 3 different pastas. The meal was awesome and filling. The wine was excellent as well. Would definitely recommend this experience!

This was a highlight of my trip. The instructor was very clear and organized which made our three different pasta dishes so easy to prepare. They were each absolutely delicious!! Five starts to Chef Antonio!!!

This was okay but could've been so much better. The bad: (1) there were two classes at the same time, different rooms, and we got the "other" guy. (2) It was sooooo hot in the room. (3) The instruction and information was hard to hear & see. (4) Everyone made pasta together then the sauces were made by one person and the chef. You don't eat your own pasta so the taste, due to thickness, ingredients, etc used was very inconsistent. The chef was really nice and kind and the class was fun (good wine and water helped that). It was just too hot and busy to have a great time.
