Loved this tour. Our guide Matteo was amazing. I have been on a lot of tours and by far I believe he has been the best. I even told him in person. He was full of knowledge, even comical at times, which was an added bonus. couldn’t fault the service we all received definitely recommended to everyone. We travelled from Australia and was such a delight to have found and booked this tour before we left. Viator app has been a blessing and made all of the tours we booked easy to access and stress free
People need to follow the scheduled times.

All aboard time was 5:00. We didn't get back to the ship until 5:30. Would have preferred to leave the people behind that made everyone else late. Tour guide was excellent! Explained everything so thoroughly that I don't know how people were still late getting back to the bus.

It was a day full of accidents, especially we got into the Academia Gallery in Florence, and the highlight of the day - climbed up to the top of the Pisa Leaning Tower. Definitely worthwhile. Our guide Mattis is wonderful, very humourous and thoughtful, pleasant to be with. It was a great trip.

A,great trip to see the wonderful Basilica church and Pisa tower. But The tour guide left me when I did try to communicate with her 10min before the meetingtime. I told her I was in front of the basilica church. I told her I forgot how to get to the meeting place. She said she will get right there but she didn't. She kept texting "follow my location" but i told her that my phone was dying, it kept turning black. I couldn't bring up the location she sent. But She kept saying follow my location. She ignored the fact that I needed help. I told her where I was but she took off. If I didn't meet another tour guide on the way running around, I would have been left alone at the basilica church. She needs to understand and support guests when they called for help. She needs to know that Sometimes guests don't know how to read directión, may have language barrier, or their phones might not work. When the guest reached out to her, She has to make an effort to find the guest, can't assume that they can follow the map and find their way to her. This experience was the worst I ever had with any tour guide in my 40yrs of traveling. And 15yrs with Viator.
