What To Expect

Our Guide will meet you near Circular Quay and drive you to the Sydney reserve where the bat colony resides. You will learn all about the endemic fruit bat, its importance (also know as flying foxes) and explain why they are endangered, sharing some interesting facts. Whilst you get to meet these Ozzie critters at eye-level, you'll also have the opportunity to use our high-zoom cameras and capture the smallest detail.

5.00Amazing, amazing, amazing!!!!!! Seeing this majestic flying foxes in their natural habitat was nothing short of unbelievable. Our tour guide Dave knew exactly where to find them and even gave us fancy cameras to take photos with. Great experience. If you are in Sydney this is a must.

5.00This tour was even better than I expected. The tour is well organized yet very relaxed, you never feel rushed. The guide Dave is friendly and knowledgeable, the snacks and bottled water is a nice addition. But the most impressive thing is the animal encounter, seeing bats in the wild in big numbers flying around, climbing trees or chilling together was amazing, the good provides you with a camera and binoculars to make this even better. Book this tour, it’s totally worth it!

5.00Here is your opportunity to see something you might never see again! Fruit bats in the wild! Dave was a splendid guide and driver offering drinks and snacks and plenty of interesting information. He took the time to take fabulous photos and send them to us at the end of the tour! Great time!

5.00We took this tour on a whim and it ended up being one of our favorite things we did in Sydney! Dave was friendly and knowledgeable and connected well with all of the guests. We also got to see a few native birds which was a great bonus. Getting to take pictures with his cameras was a treat and he dropped us off right back at our airbnb at the end. Highly recommend!
