Fantastic experience. There were just 4 of us. Our guide was great. We had a big lunch of many Panamanian foods; another location for beer and rum tasting; another location for coffee; and at another location for we made our own chocolate bars, after a demo. We also went in a historic church and craft museum. Highly recommend this tour. Interesting and informative.

All the places we stopped were delicious. Alvaro, the tour guide was so fun, generous and knowledgeable. Extremely engaging and very, very accommodating. Vicki, the driver, was expert at navigating the traffic and getting us where we needed to go. I would highly recommend this tour!

Alvaro was an excellent tour guide. I was the only one on the tour, but he did a great job of keeping me engaged and teaching me about various aspects of Panamanian food and culture. I had a great time! I would have liked maybe one more food stop, but I really did enjoy myself.

Food at a local Panamanian restaurant, sampling the famous Geisha coffee, Sampling a local microbrewery and local room. The guide was knowledgable and our driver acquited herself well in heavy traffic and a maze of streets.

After confirming my tour I didn’t hear anything from the organizar. I’ve contacted the the morning of the tour and the response I got is that they were too busy to fit me in and offered a refund. I wasted the day in Panama because I couldn’t find another tour at such last minute. Terrible customer service.

This tour really surprised us, the restaurants Santiago took us to completely changed our perception of Panamanian cuisine. We had eaten at a few places around town and thought the food was okay but Santiago pulled out all of the stops, the food he had us try was amazing! We started with lunch and then we had an interactive Coffee experience with Hectar, he explained the history and preparation of Geisha coffee at our table and made us a few cups. Later in the day we had seafood Empanadas as a substitute for the alcohol tasting, it was so good we recommended it to a few new friends we made, who ended up going there to try it out for themselves. We ended the day at a chocolate shop where we watched how chocolate was made before making our own bars with the ingredients we decided on. I can’t recommend this tour enough! Santiago and his colleagues were amazing and you are sure to come away from this experience with a smile on your face, a full stomach, and a few new friends.
