5.00I had a great time trying all the amazing street foods of Dhaka with Rabbi. He was very flexible and indulged my passion for trying things out of the ordinary! Cannot recommend this tour and Rabbi as a guide enough!! Thanks for the awesome evening and all the fantastic food I never ever would have found by myself!
DO NOT miss this amazing Bangladesh experience!

5.00I cannot recommend this tour with Rocky highly enough. He is a charming, intelligent and considerate guide who makes for great company as you tour Dhaka's hidden culinary delights. You'll try food stalls at the university, biriyani in a restaurant above the bustling streets of Old Dhaka, special lassi, village cakes, Bangladeshi kebab, sweets, tea... (I would advise not eating lunch to make sure you have space). You wouldn't ever be able to find these places, which are the best of the best, without Rocky. So don't hesitate and book your slot!
Food Tour in Dhaka City. Bring an empty stomach because there is so much delicious food for you to try and enjoy!

5.00If you’re looking for an authentic experience with a knowledgeable local guide and experience traditional Bangladeshi food, look no further than this tour. Our tour guide Rocky was fun, personable and loved sharing the cousine and culture of Bangladesh with new people. I would recommend anyone visiting Dhaka city who wants to eat like a real local and also see the city to register for this tour, and to check out some of the other tours provided :)

5.00This review is long overdue. I traveled to Dhaka in February 2023 as a solo female traveler. I booked couple of different tours with different guides but the one with Rocky was my absolutely favorite one. I booked a food tour and omg was that an experience! Firstly I absolutely loved all the food he introduced me to and I don’t say that lightly because I don’t eat just to survive I eat to live my life to the fullest ☺️ Secondly spending time with Rocky was very pleasant. He is fluent in English and he is a very smart, kind and friendly person to be around. Very considerate. He also cares very much about the future of tourism in Bangladesh and wants to make a difference and that’s very impressive.

5.00This was the first thing I did when I arrived in Dhaka and was the best start to my trip! Rocky is brilliant. He’s super knowledgeable and passionate about all things food, he’s also brilliant company. We tried so much food and met some great people in the packed streets of Old Dhaka. This isn’t just a food tour, it’s also a glimpse into the beating heart of Dhaka and the people that call it home. The food itself was delicious. Rocky has spent a lot of time researching the best places and we went from place to place trying some great dishes - Haleem at the University of Dhaka was the highlight for me!

This food tour gives you a variety of experiences from sampling delicious street food to eating & chatting with students in the university area before fully immersing you in the craziness of Old Dhaka. Everything we tried was excellent & we had no stomach issues of any kind afterwards. Rocky is an enthusiastic & knowledgeable guide and great company to chat to.

5.00Immerse yourself in the craziness of Dhaka! Be flexible & enjoy this full on experience. Eat with the students at the university campus. Ride a rickshaw to Old Dhaka & sample everything from biryani, kebab, biscuits to sweets & more. Bangladeshi people are very friendly & love to stop for a chat. Rocky is an enthusiastic & knowledgeable guide who went over & above to make sure we were happy.

5.00Whether it was having a betel leaf filled with nuts and sweets lit on fire and then plopped into my mouth, or having some zesty and incredible jhalmuri from a newspaper cone or freshly baked pitha, it was thrilling to try new flavors while learning about how different culinary trends emerged in Dhaka. The tour was educational, entertaining, and I walked away feeling as though I made a friend and was much more proximate to the city of Dhaka -- and its gorgeous food. Rocky is a gem. I enthusiastically recommend his tour and service to anyone looking to have a highly immersive, intentionally tailored, and overall deeply enriching experience of Dhaka. We spent 4 hours on a food tour, walking and talking -- and eating -- while Rocky took us to some of the most delicious and authentic local spots. Each place became its own little chapter in Dhaka's colorful history and present, and Rocky infused learnings about the food, locals, the geography, climate, society, and so much more about Bangladesh. Overall -- this is a highly rewarding tour, and if I had more time, I would have been lucky enough to take Rocky's other tours to continue the learning adventures he so thoughtfully crafts. You will be very glad you did this.
