What To Expect
The House of the Virgin Mary
House of Virgin Mary is the place where Mary may have spent her last days. Indeed, she may have come in the area together with Saint John. This place was offically declared a shrine of the Roman Catholic Church in 1986, and since then it has become a popular place of pilgrimage. Pope Paul VI visited shrine in 1967. The visit to the House (church) takes about 45 minutes and after our visit; there will be a 5 min drive to Ephesus.
The Temple of Artemis
We will carry on with the visit to Temple of Artemis; which is one of the 'Seven Wonders' of antiquity. Here, there will be good chance to shoot photos of Church of St.John and Mosque of İsa Bey from the best angle as well.

5.00We had a brilliant experience on this tour. Our guide, Gul, was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and kind and made everything so interesting. We felt so glad to be in such a small group, and the vehicle transporting us was very comfortable. Lunch was delicious! Highly recommend!

5.00We did the all-inclusive 7 hr small group tour from Kusadasi cruise port which included the cost of admission tickets and lunch. We had a wonderful time with our tour guide, Mehmet, who was very kind and knowledgeable. There were 8 of us in total on the tour and we were met promptly at the cruise port with clear communication beforehand. The large van was very comfortable and brought us to see all the historic sites including the house of Virgin Mary, Ephesus, Temple of Artemis and an extra drive by of the Basilica of St. John. Lunch was delicious at a Turkish rug factory and we also had extra stops to sample Turkish Delight and to try out glass blowing! Mehmet really went above and beyond when my young daughter left her newly purchased wooden flute on the van at drop off and they turned around to bring it back to us without any hesitation. Highly recommend!!
