Gan Island

Discover the island of GAN, with a rich and unique history. Formerly an island with locals, later a base for the British army during the Second World War. Present day commercial airport on the island with multiple businesses. All of this and the historical sites still preserved for the sightseers.

Good to gather some orientation, Wahid was a well-informed guide, had a nice day with him. Meedhoo could also be done individually, recommend the 4 island tour without. Bring proper swim-wear, if you want to snorkel (can easily see turtles, corals and dozens of different first, maybe also reed shark) in the nature reserve.
