Freediving is diving with one breath (without oxygen tanks) that everyone can enjoy! Freediving is a sport and activity that combines spiritual, mental & physical aspects.

This service is intended for anyone who wants to get to know freediving, the sea, human capabilities, experience new impressions, experiences, and have a good time. This experience does not require any additional physical preparation and is safe for everyone. Classes are organized taking into account the capabilities of each participant. Therefore, it is a great choice for a vacation to try something new.

What To Expect

We will start the morning at 8:30 am, Saint Julians Dive Center in Balluta Bay. We will get to know each other, discuss the basic rules of freediving, learn swimming, diving, pressure equalization, relaxation techniques and prepare the body (exercise, breathing, etc.). Around 11 o'clock we will go to one of the popular diving spots in Malta (Blue Grotto, Cirkewwa, Anchor Bay or another). We will immerse ourselves in the wonderful underwater world, where there are sunken ships, abundant sea life, and we will practice the theoretical knowledge and practical skills acquired in the morning. After the adventure, we will share our impressions and have a snack. We will end the day around 4 pm at the diving center in Saint Julians Balluta bay.
